The staff were very nice. The hotel was clean and well kept. The pool was a great asset.

Some sun shades at the pool would be great.

Just 10 mins away from Bordeaux center. Was a studio with kitchen so we could cook our own dinner and supermarket was next building. Also the apartment complex had sufficient parking and you could park for free.

Dishwasher wasn't empty when we arrived to room, also more cutleries could be nicer.Thicker curtain for the season with longer days to aid sleeping with a young kid.

Great location for us, travelling with dog so a bonus to have a walk around the lakes. Room very clean and comfortable with everything we needed and handy having a supermarket opposite. Our third stay here now!

I didn’t like to be waiting with my family outside in the cold for someone to open the reception door! we waited 30 minutes for someone to arrive even though we were within the check in times!

Fantastic stay! Comfortable and very clean. The cleaning was done daily with fresh towels and trash taken out. The sheets were changed on the third day. Front desk team is very professional and friendly. I was welcomed with Abigail smile. Quiet location. The supermarket is right there for everything you need from excellent wine choices to fruits to vegetables to all you need for your stay. I felt at home during my stay. Great atmosphere and very home like. I highly recommend it. ?

If there is one thing, I would suggest to have a dish soap and kitchen towels. Other than that, all good. ?

Location

We were on an adjoining building. It was not as nice as the main hotel which we have stayed in many times. It was quite run down and had an odour of damp. The bedding was damp too.

Lovely balcony overlooking lake and swimming pool. Studio was clean and spacious. Nice bathroom. Supermarket next door. La ferme restaurant nearby is fabulous. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Beds are quite narrow not very comfortable.

I had spoken to the hotel before arrival as I was arriving at mignight and was told that the reception was 24 hours however it is not it closes and 9pm and in an emergency you would have to ring a number however if you can’t ring international numbers you will not be able to call and I had to ask a local person walking by to call the number if not me and my family would be outside in the middle of the night

Don’t stay at this place Is very badly managed We wanted to check in earlier and we were happy to pay extra as we were with little kids We have been told the check in is at 16:00 but we can use the pool where you cannot even drink water on a hot day Woman at the reception wasn’t nice and she acted like she hated her job After long travel we wanted to eat something at the restaurant as we couldn’t check in We’ve been told the restaurant is closed for 2 weeks during summer holiday It was Sunday and there wasn’t any shop near us at this location to buy anything When we came back at 16:00 we have beef told our room is not ready and we have to wait 30mins My kids were really tired and hungry and I have to leave the room at 5am again next day for the rest of the trip as I was staying only one night At 16:05 there was around 50 people waiting to be checked in. The hotel management is very poor and stingy. They had one reception staff to check so many people in and they didn’t even want anyone check in early to avoid people waiting so long. We got to our room at 5pm and behind us there were still another 30 people or so waiting to be checked in. You can imagine how angry everyone was I don’t recommend this place

Pool - absolutely spotless. It was covered over every evening. Pool area also spotless. Great size. Right beside property. Sun loungers to use also! Room size - great size. Kitchen was great with having 2 young children. Bathroom great size also. Balcony had a table and 2 chairs and was safe. Staff at reception were pleasant (mostly) Very close to centre. I would really recommend to stay here rather than a city centre property due to how much you will save! Literally 7min walk from tram stop and only around 6 stops or so from where we got off every day! Very good price for the time we stayed! Area felt very safe. Good lighting, even walking back from tram at 12am we felt secure! We got a view of the lake and pool which was great! Supermarket outside the front of the hotel was perfect and very reasonable! We bought from here and made our own breakfast as felt the hotels were very overpriced.

There was a door a-joining another room to ours. When we arrived this door was unlocked and there were guests in the other room. Staff were asked repeatedly to lock the door. They made numerous excuses about why they couldn’t do this. We had to go to sleep with a baby and young child with the door STILL unlocked. Then we were all wakened from our sleep to banging and rattling to someone making an attempt to lock the door. The door was STILL not locked the following morning. We had to take our valuables with us into the city centre that day as didn’t feel secure to leave our room more or less unlocked. When we came back we asked at reception had the issue been resolved and the lady rolled her eyes at us. Thankfully when we went up to the room the door was finally locked! We asked for a low down room. We weren’t fussed on view. They put us on the very top floor. But thankfully all was fine.

Pool area nice. Rooms adequate with all amenities. Comfortably slept 4 for an overnight stop off whilst travelling. Lovely walks and local central area which offers cheaper alternatives to adjacent bar menu.

Breakfast at €14 each for anyone over 12yrs, I felt was a little steep so didn’t have it. Slight sewerage smell in bathroom.

Staff on the front desk were extremely helpful and pleasant. Location for travel into Bordeaux very good. Shop on site great amenity Clean and sufficient equipment provided . Pool clean and pleasant. Small and basic but very good value for money .

Very few places to eat out within walking distance. Not enough sun beds around the pool .

Big rooms, free parking, pool, friendly staff(especially Sylvain). It’s definitely worth paying for an upgrade to lake view. Definitely not necessary to pay for covered parking. The location is outsideBordeaux but close to transport to centre. Area is quiet and comfy

Cleaning hit and miss. Plates really clean, terrace/balcony dirty. Towels changed frequently but one bed protector had old blood stain on. Check your room carefully when you arrive. Ours was missing a few things (coffee machine etc…) and a leak developed in the bathroom. We were moved to another with no problem

The studio room was a decent size. Everything within the property was super clean. There were plenty of fresh towels. The shower was excellent. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The pool was clean and the sun loungers were in excellent condition.

We only found out on arrival that the hotel restaurant was closed for the week. I would have appreciated being informed of this in advance. It was a huge disappointment and the next two closest restaurants were also closed.There was a severe lack of loungers around the pool. My husband and I often had to sit on a towel against a wire fence. No shoes or flipflops were allowed around the pool and the ground was roasting hot. Very uncomfortable.

The bed was lovely and comfortable, I slept like a baby ( probably cause I’d been up since 3am . The pool was handy because it was august and hot . It was soo close to Bordeaux lac with the beautiful little beach and water sports activities this was why we booked it knowing all we’d do in the day was cool down , at night we got a tram into Bordeaux centre abot 25/30 mins away .

It’s out of the city in a residential area , with sand footpaths rather than tarmac or concrete. and walking back one night at exactly 12 o clock all the street lights went off . The tram stop is about 10/15 mins walk away .
