There was no complete safety lock on the door, and the smoke detector was on the ceiling and covered with a plastic bag. I was promised another room by the clerk, however went I went to get a different room I was told nothing was available.

The check in people were so nice. We booked the hotel about an hour before we arrived and they were ready for us. We got a couple of drinks at the bar that evening and the bar tender was so personable. We enjoyed a nice chat while we had our drinks.
