B&B HOTEL Bordeaux Lac sur Bruges

Clean and nicely located

Broken toilet seat, very small, and very expensive, for what was provided

Good bed mattress, kids enjoyed as they had separate sleeping area, quiet, good view from the window

No kettle, breakfast 8 of 20 if compared with english breakfast

Location

Very bad vending machine. Spent money several times with no product coming out of the machine… and staff were not able to solve it… just said the vendor will reimburse later… which obviously didn’t happen

Location

Bad smell in the room, poor towels and breakfast

no comment to make

One of our beds wasn't made up, late and no staff around

Clean, nice room and bathroom.

The location was good for attending an event at the rugby stadium near by, but not ideal for spending time in the city. It is a little far out and not much within the area

Clean and basic hotel, perfect for a few nights stopover, room overlooking the lake, it was quiet and we had no issues.

It's a bit away from the city and shops etc. But we were renting a car and it was perfect for parking and we could drive to places

All fine really. Clean room. Secure. Virtual check-in fine, but can imagine it would be challenging if any problems arose. Very handy for the Matmut stadium, especially as there was no public transport that night. It's a 40 minute walk,

Lost quite a few euro to the vending machine with no opportunity to get a refund. Recommend you avoid and walk up to the nearby crossroads which has a pizza hut, bakery, pharmacy and tabac.

When we were checked-in there were no problems. The airconditioning was nice and the bed was comfortable.

The check-in procedure was not convenient, if you arrive before 17:00pm you must use a machine to check-in but this machine does not accept all creditcards so I had to wait several hours for the staff to arrive and get checked-in my room. Other people also had this problem.

Clean room, beautiful setting near the lake. Lovely breakfast

The room was fine, shower excellent, quiet location, plenty of parking.

Very difficult to find, sat nav sent us to the wrong end of the street, at 23.00 wandering about for 30 minutes before realising it was hidden at the opposite end was stressful after a long days drive. Better signage from the main road please, it's tucked away and difficult to find in the dark.

Passable

no reception on check-in door codes not working having to use automated check-in resulted in double charge

Spacious bed and bathroom

Not very clean

Ease of accessConvenient location

Air conditioning did not work correctly

price

air conditioner not working properly most of the light bulb not working

great location after using the airport x easy to find

easy access with the code

The staff were excellent, I was there three nights and the reception lady was always helpful especially when the airconditioning stopped working during a 41 degree heat wave, she moved my rooms without hesitation. Free parking.

No fridges or tea making facilities in the rooms, plus A/C couldn’t handle the heat wave we were having.

It was a good price and the location was as expected. The shower was good.

The room was far to small for two people we asked for a twin room we didnt expect the beds to be pushed together and they were very small beds. There wasnt enough room for our cases the handel was comming off the batnroom door. There were no hangers and one of the towels was stained.

Easy acces , nice view on the lake , good value !

- The convenience of the location, close to the city center but not close enough to be in the traffic. Good price and staff is friendly. It was clean and decent, just good for a one or two night stay. We are traveling with 3 kids so we are on a budget. Overall we had a pleasant stay. We were out the whole day so we are not at the hotel the whole time, good for resting after a long tired day of exploring.

-none.
