Good location, I’ve stayed for one night being on the way to Andorra however good location, ev Charing available on site.

Bit noisy A/C / heating

Staff reactive and friendly.

Room very small. There is no space to put the clothing. We found a Toilet-shower, no physical separation between the both.

The fact that has a parking spot for me was excellent. The bed was comfortable

The bathroom was so little without any shower cover. I was showering in the little corner with the toilet next to me - no cover whatsoever. Plus, the bathroom was not clean. I could see little hair on the floor.One thing that i always liked in a hotel and for me is basic considering nowadays - having something to charge my phone or anything next to my bed. Always have my clock alarm on my phone and my phone needs to be charged, and of course to be charged next to me. There were none - 1 at the desk in the corner and another one next to the bathroom door/close to the main door.

After hour access was super easy and efficient. The best yet. The room was thoughtful in comfort and atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean.

The bathroom area feels way too much like a portaloo or caravan one. Not very practical but it does the job.

Beautiful lake. Lovely helpful staff.

Bathroom was a plastic cabin with stains on the floor. Towels old and grey. Pillows very soft and uncomfortable. Not all of the lights worked. Worse thing was the noise from the air conditioning. It kept me awake so I had to switch it off.

Lovely situation on the lake with many birds/ducks to see. Good sized bedroom with air conditioning. Plenty of parking.

Bathroom a bit small

Nice place with the lakes in surroundings.

Couldn’t get inside because the self-checking system didn’t find my name or reservation number. So had to wait a long time for an answer while standing outside.

Great access into city centre by bus no 15 but download app and buy tickets online beforehand

Room smelled of cigarettes but staff gave a spray which helped a bit but no smoke detector in room, no smoking sign on door, so can only guess at inconsiderate guest.

Lea is nice and helpful

Lea is super nice but the other blond woman no. They promised us after a competition that was possible to take a shower, Lea wrote in a paper to advise the blond woman and the blond woman gave us a lot of trouble and wouldn't let us. She told us the hotel was full but I saw in the screen and booking that wasn’t. A lier. Very simple hotel. Shower and toilet in same small place.

The room was quite cozy and comfortable equipped with pretty much everything needed. The space looked clean and the staff was quite friendly.

Would have liked the bathrooms to be a bit bigger and to have a lock on the door.

Small lake nearby

I was Not not advised to call before, in order to get my badge or Keys. I was advised just before arrival That the hôtel it would be closed at my Arrival Time and had to wait for 4 hours before getting in. There is a box outside my key was not there.

Horrible

Arrived after hours and tried to use the machine outside to get my key. I had prepaid my room, so was confident that all was in order.After entering my details, my card was declined. I tried again, but noticed that I was now being billed for additional turist tax, so I cancelled and tried again.This time the billed amount had doubled, and doubled again with each try to correct it, ending on 256 times tax before I gave up and called the emergency number. Staff rudely told me just pay and they would refund me in the morning, then hung up. Issue got resolved after a few additional calls.The room (Superior) was clean enough to live in, but old and the shower was separated from the bathroom by any means, so everything got soaked when taking a bath.

Also they should have designated smoking areas The fire alarm wake us up 6 of 7 in the morning they were like nothing happened and check out time I ask and the answer was o some one was smoking in the room but in the while we were scared. And o. The add they make it look so good but is not.

Locked out at 11pm. Without code there is no access and no contact person to let you in! Ridiculous!!

I liked the room

No good amenities (coffee), no staff to help at any time (even early in the morning)

Parking possible for free

Noisy, not so clean. Basic breakfast. Service should be add more attention to clients. It is easy to say goodbye and smile.

The bed was comfortable and there was a decent amount of free parking.

The booking in slot is too short, just 4 hours 5pm til 9pm. As it’s quite far out and most restaurants don’t start service til 7pm there is a large chance folks won’t get back in time and then will be locked out for the night. Especially if you are not expecting such a short booking in period. This place seems more like a working man’s no frill hostel than a hotel. Don’t expect a picture on the wall !!!

Pleasant

Bathroom really small and no cupboards, only a tiny hanging space in the corner of the room.
