Very clean, comfy bed and a sofa bed for my daughter, room has a small fridge and microwave. Breakfast from 7am.

Receptionist not friendly when we arrived , barked at me as front door was automatic although I didn’t realise this . No restaurant on sat .

Really comfortable beds great shower pressure too & , great location! Close to public transport to get into the middle of the city, across from the lake and the beach on the lake.

The pool was lovely for a dip but was quite loud , good if you had earphones - but not to relax and sunbathe without them.

Clean, quiet and comfortable room, although it was tiny…. And a very helpful receptionist

The location was basically a business estate near a lake , with loads of roadworks…. Although we got the tram into the city there was still a 10 minute walk through an area that didn’t feel very safe. I wouldn’t stay again

Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant was very good and they have nice bar area. Also liked swimming pool on roof terrace but was a bit small. Would definitely stay again if staying in bordeux. Tram stop is only short walk away from hotel and tram gets you into centre of bordeux in about 15 to 20 minutes.

Only thing for us was the location. There is nothing really near hotel like supermarket or shops.

It was close to the lake, it was comfortable and the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was just a tram ride away from the centre of Bordeaux so easy to get around.

The lift wasn’t working for the night we stayed which was tricky for my wife who was on crutches. The staff were brilliant about this though and offered lots of help. We had to move rooms in the end as the power went off in our room. The staff handled this brilliantly and we were upgraded to a bigger room.

Breakfast was very good. We also had dinner at the same restaurant. Menu was limited, and it was ok.

Around the lake not very safe with dodgy looking campsites and lots of rubbish which is a shame.

The rooms were nice with good A/C and okay shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend the hotel as it is cheap with all the neccessary amenities.

The breakfast was okay, not much to talk about, it was sufficient. The service at the bar was pretty slow, as there was only one staff member that was both the waiter and the chef.

The food at the bar was good and the people really nice.

The drive to the location is a bit chaotic as there are some roads under construction. Also, the visibility is a bit bad on the drive out.

Nice modern hotel, easy access to airport and city centre

Room was spotless and air con was great in intense heat. Food in restaurant was very good. Lisa, at reception, was so welcoming, helpful and friendly.

The pool small but still good

No English tv channels ( not even the news ) and no milk for a cup tea. They had everything else just no milk?

It was in a great location and had everything you needed in one place. The decor was great as were the staff and the restaurant with the terrace was a bonus. Great value for Bordeaux and highly recommended

It was hard to find with limited signage and the roadworks outside made it more tricky

Small rooftop pool with views of the lake. The pool was approx 1.4m deep with no shallow end. It’s nice to have a dip at the end of the day. Both the pool and the shower on the roof are cold, which is fine for the hot summer but I imagine could be a bit of a shock in other seasons. There are 4x sun loungers on the roof. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer on each floor. They sell laundry pods at reception. Breakfast was decent, but unfortunately if anyone is smoking in the outdoor area it does blow straight through to the rest of the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. There are cooking facilities in the room. Although we showed up an hour early, the room was ready so we could check in a bit early. This was a lovely exception they made for us. We asked for rooms close to each other and we got adjoining rooms. It’s a decent 40 min walk from the centre of town, Uber taxis are readily available and the tram is approx 10min away. There is a lake nearby with kayak hire and other activities for the kids. We did not go this time but will return.

When we arrived, the shower gel was empty.

The bed was fine.

The Elevator wasn't working, we used stairs and pillows are not comfortable. The breakfast has only few choices for 17 euros.

Well situated and good for my journey as i drove from my house in Spain to north of France to take ferry to UK. My dog was very well provided for and given toys, treats and a blanket to use. Everything very comfy and nicely decorated. Good restaurant. Very clean.

difficulty finding entrance to the hotel with my car but once in all ok.

It’s quite a pretty place to be. Nice views out of the window in the hallway.

The breakfast was ok but not great. More options needed for people who are dairy free. Swimming pool is a bit soulless, feels like it was an after thought.

Pleasant staff.

Outside furniture too close to plants and of course insects, lack of lighting.
