Convenient location near the S-Bahn station.

Road noise when the windows were open. There’s no a/c so there was no choice to open the windows.

The rooms were spacious and clean. They were very accommodating

The elevator was broken, but the room was only up one flight. I thought the breakfast was too expensive (€16pp). We opted to not get it.

Clean, decently equipped, good breakfast. Conveniently located close to the highway and Berlin. Helpful personnel.

Strick time limitations on check in at 22.00. We made it but it was close?.

Very friendly staff, clean and with the extra touch to make it special. Dog friendly, which attracted us and also next to the train station which made is very accessible. There are lots of nice local shops and walks in the woods. We will come again as it was just perfect.

Breakfast buffet was very good but we would've preferred the option of just getting coffee and a roll rather than $16 euros for more food than we like for breakfast.

Morning staff were friendly. Evening staff when we arrived was a bit unfriendly.

Great staff. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is comfortable. Parking is free in the yard. If you arrive even later in the evening, there are places to eat nearby. The hotel is located in a quiet area.

The hotel is very close to the S1 which brings you to the centre of Berlin in around 40 minutes. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

Very nice little hotel, friendly staff, across the street from s-Bahn.

There were no blinds or at least dark curtains, I was woken up by the light at 5am.

The room is big and clean. I really liked it a lot. We also found a parking place very easy. We were there with my daughter only for one night, on the way from Hessen, DE to Poland. I would recommend it.

Location is little out from the center.

Room had a fridge. Bathroom was equipped properly.

Pillows were too soft, not enough neck support. Elevator was confusing as hell :)

I was not told that the lift didnt work. That was bad service because I had much luggage. It is not possible to make coffe or tea in the room. (But you can buy in reception)Some of the staff could not speak English. (Working in the hospitality business that would be helpful)Breakfast was expensive and boring.No plugs near bed.

Location of this hotel is very close to highway and is situated in a beautiful town. Room was very comfortable for a stay, best for people who are stopping over for a night to continue their journey next day. Plus, the breakfast had variety of options and was very tasty as well. Staff is very friendly as well, if you are English speaker then you have nothing to worry about. They have their own parking, which was a huge plus. Next to hotel there is a pub and fantastic Vietnamese restaurant, pharmacy and a supermarket Netto at walkable distance. We will for sure be staying here again. Worth it!

The staff was very very nice and helpful. We had a pleasant experience. We could even stay in our room 1 hour after check out for free.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, clean room and nice breakfast. However, it is a little for from the city center but there is fast and comfort public transportation just within 2 minutes walking from this boutique hotel.

Nothing just about the hotel but if you should access to your place during a day when you are in the city!

Clean rooms, nice breakfast. Lovely ladys who work there with a nice smile.

The manager was arguing with some staff while the guest could see the argument. The manager (guy with short hair) was not nice. When i went to check out he did not ask nothing about how my stay was, or if i had a good time staying with them. At the check out he only told in a aggressive way that i had to pay for the breakfast. That is what people do when they checkout...If they would have a better manager things could be so different. Smiling and being a good host is part of the job.Know that they do not speak English. because of the manager I will not come back here.

Friendly staff, spotlessly clean room. Location right next to the S Bahn station. Parking for bikes available (outside only). Great value for money.
