EcoHotel Ristorante Milano

A lot of noice until 2am you can’t sleep.The hotel has a restaurant and clearly they are more important, The private parking was full of restaurants customers and it was ****PRIVATE****there is no one in the reception at any of the hours of the day.The staff doesn’t know English at all.Not recommended at all.Skip this hotel.

Great for a one night stop on my motorbike tour.. Modern fittings, clean - on site parking. Restaurant was closed Saturday and Sunday so didn't eat there. The town is close but slightly too far to walk.

Incredible room and fantastic breakfast at a beautiful hotel. Enjoyed staying here - thank you to the wonderful hosts! Also, the food at the restaurant was amazing ?

The outside was a little loud sometimes but nothing a pair of earplugs can't solve.

Great hotel in the Serchio Valley, lovely lounge area with log fire. Nice big rooms with views to the surrounding forest. Reliable and attentive service. Great base for visiting Garfagnana, Barga and Lucca.

The staff was really friendly and the room was very clean and spacious. We loved the food at the Restaurant, excellent! The breakfast was Continental and we had also fresh scrambled eggs. Thanks for everything

Friendly staff, lots of parking, bottle of water in room. Comfy bed.

Very thin small non absorbent towels, bathroom window exposed to neighbours unless you pulled shutter down. Tiny shower with flimsy doors. Drain smelled badly. Breakfast was poor, flies around small selection of pastries and cakes (not fresh anyway).

The owner Marco was a true gentleman. Willing to help in so many ways to make my stay both memorable and comfortable. Room was very clean. Shower and bathroom were very nice. Room was quiet. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner was extremely well done!

A car is probably more ideal than walking from this location.

The breakfast was good. The location is wonderful, great view of the of the countryside, you do however need transportation to get around. The staff was friendly and very helpful always making sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Amazing service! Everyone was soo lovely and went above and beyond to sort transfers to and from the hotel! Breakfast was very bland but restaurant for lunch / dinner was very nice. Able to make amendments for vegetarian and attentive service.

Hot tub not in use for whole stay!Asked for double room but recieved two single beds pushed together which kept coming apart during the night - was annoying as kept falling in between.Bland breakfast

Quite far away from the near villages

lovely little quiet ish hotel in the mountains. was visiting for a wedding nearby but stayed a week. really nice staff, couldn’t do enough for us even with a bit of a language barrier as some don’t speak English. would recommend.

our aircon in the room broke but they tried their best to fix and got an engineer out as quick as they could. couldn’t be helped.

The hotel was well located for the wedding we went to. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable.

The restaurant was not open, even though the website said it is and also at reception they had the opening hours - but it was always closed and hence there was nowhere to eat. This Wasa big problem as there are also no restaurants nearby. The breakfast was ok but didn't have anything fresh. I don't eat bread or dairy and there was nothing I could eat except ham.

Wellness and spa is covered by bathroom with few nozzles producing few water flows… expecting more than that

I loved its focus on the environment. Room was comfortable and the open fire living space was wonderful. Delicious food at the restaurant. Marcello, a member of staff was delightful - friendly and helpful. Perfect.
