Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved having a balcony, which was perfect for enjoying the good weather and even more charming when it rained. The comfort of the room, from the bedding to the amenities, was excellent, ensuring a restful stay.A special thank you goes to Jemma for her exceptional service and support that went truly beyond expectation. Her dedication made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.We highly recommend Tierra de Biescas for anyone looking for a fantastic experience in northern Spain, combining great location, comfortable and well-designed rooms, and truly outstanding service.We even had free parking.

Staff were the most friendly and accommodating. Location was superb as it was very quiet and has this gorgeous walk right behind the hotel! Breakfast was abundant and food very satisfying.I would have given 10 if the pool + gym slightly bigger and sauna warmer.Definitely recommend and myself will be backThank you

Everything about this place was as expected and more. Staff were amazing since check-in.All the commodities in the room were there. Clan and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good lots of options worth it. Parking it’s possible all around the hotel. Reception and lounge areas are very good.

The state of the gym and indoor pool were a bit deteriorating.

Good location, nice pool, good breakfast.

1. Didn't change our towels, and asked us to use our shower towels in the sauna. If we wanted other towels we had to pay 1.5 € each.2. The sauna didn't work half of the time we spent there (and it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel- sauna after hiking).3. The breakfast lady got mad at me for wanting to take an apple out of the dining room ("You ate enough!"). Charming.

Well situated for the town, walking distance in. We had a nice room with good views. Grounds are very nice.

It is a very much of a transition hotel as travellers come over the pass from France and stay a night or two before moving. It works well for this but I felt not a destination in its own right.Outdoor pool was cool this time of year.

Excellent Hotel! Clean, well appointed and staff were friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Good facilities.

No off street secure parking.

Location superb for exploring the region and wandering into town. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was OK but the friendliness of the restaurant staff more than made up for any inadequacies with the food.

My wife has just had knee surgery which made showering in the bathtub challenging. Our fault as we should have requested something more suitable.

Location is very good and the hotel has a very nice garden. The ladies at the reception are really customer friendly they want to help you with everything. Biescas is a nice small town, and from the hotel it is just a very short walk.I would ask for a room with garden view

I believe this hotel needs an upgrade, some furniture etc is very out-dated, and the equipment in the gym was also very old.The hotel has a very high potential but needs some investment according to my point of view.

I can’t name anything. Everything as expected.

The staff was really friendly! The place was quiet and felt very welcoming and peaceful. We forgot a charger and they called us right after check out to let us know before we'd be too far to return.

The coffee at breakfast was unfortunately no good at all. The windows of the whole weren´t very clean, which is a shame, considering all the beautiful views it's surrounded by.

Good location, stuff was nice, outside area of the pool was in general nice

Old property needs renovation, if you eat in the restaurant you get a little bag of salt instead of proper salt, not that well maintained (other than the outside area of the pool), completely dirty windows. In general rooms felt more like 3 star hotel. Towel were not changed every day and then they make us pay for extra towels what we wanted to use at the pool. Wet towel from the room floor they left to dry in our room on the heater.

Great location next to a lake on a biking road, garage parking and laundry service.

Great location, lovely gardens, great facilities.

Sauna wasn't working early in the morning.

Room by the garden and pool was so spacious and well equipped. Our second stay here and would strongly recommend as good base or overnight stopover. Breakfast was brilliant.

Dark corridor to bar and dining room.

Indoor and outdoor pool and spa were available to all guests.Evening meal was lovely

Service for the meal was poor. Incorrect orders brought to the table, drinks orders ignored on a few occasions. Single member of staff serving many tables seemed very stressed. Appeared to be under-staffed

the outside pool was too cold, the bath was open to the room which wasn't comfortable at all.

Swimming pool area was very inviting and breakfast was excellent. Great location for beautiful hikes in the mountains.

Dinner could have been better. Food was poor and a stark contrast to the excelllent breakfast.
