Very good location, and close to the airport. Breakfast was limited in items, but fresh.

Not sure if some flags were appropriate to display at the reception and at the top of the building while being in a Muslim country. Would not recommend staying in a hotel associated with that.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good English. Spacious, comfortable room. Decent breakfast. Walking distance to shops, and then there's Yandex to get around the sites and to/from the airport.

Bit noisy. My room was right next to reception with people coming in day and night. Could do with another door between the reception area and the corridor that goes off the 1st floor rooms.

Every thing was excellent Best customer service , helpful and very friendly.Bekhruz ( Sales Manager ) was very helpful and professional.And the manager of the Hotel as well.

The breakfast was good, and the location ideal for me.

Compared to my stay there a year ago, the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel has declined.

I have never met such a friendly hotel staff. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar which serves a wide variety of food. Bed was comfortable. Not far away from the airport and southern railway station.

Close to the airport, clean, modern and staff were very helpful.

Far away from attractions and inside from main roads. In a housing areas. No swimming pool or other facilities for Tourists.

Rooftop terrace for breakfast with cool view on Tashkent was great. Also there were complimentary traditional snacks at lobby - that was really cool

Very comfortable stay. We had a large suite with lounge area. Lots of TV channels. Room service dinner was good and reasonable value. Hotel is in a nice quiet neighbourhood while also relatively close to airport and south train station.They kindly made a packed breakfast for us as we had to leave before 7am.Excellent experience overall.

Not for the first time. Haven't stayed for rather long time. This one, heating of the warm dishes at the breakfast was not working. Everything was like from the fridge. Restaurant stuff was fine with it and didn't not pay much attention even with a notice. Says "outlets doesn't works". Ok ...

Fabulous hotel, within 10 minutes drive of airport and train stations. Very clean and airy bedroom, comfortable bed, superb bathroom and shower. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and when they heard that I would be leaving to catch a flight after midnight, they made sure I had a packed breakfast before leaving as I would be missing it. I would book this hotel again if I ever find myself in Tashkent.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooftop bar is very comfy and offers great views.

There seemed to have been a bit of an overdose of air freshener applied to my room, which wasn't a big deal though after opening the window for a while.

Overall excellentVery nice rooms, clean, good bed.About 10-15 mins from airport and similar from sites. Do need to get taxis to sites but reception very good at booking taxis. Free refreshments in reception - fruit coffee etc which is a lovely touch.Breakfast was ok . All reception staff were lovely, Guli helped us a lot.

Book this hotel without any doubts, you will be glad you did! It was my solo birthday trip, so at midnight, I wanted to sit in the snow and enjoy nature for a bit. They made me a tray of assorted biscuits and pastries and sang for me! A pot of warm tea was waiting for me when I got back in the room. ❤️ Truly, that's above and beyond service!! ❤️ I stayed twice here during my time in Uzbekistan, I was that happy to come back. Even though it’s February and snowing outside, everyone was warm inside. Breakfast is another level all together. So many unique dishes and a great terrace to enjoy it on! They even packed me a lunch box because I left very early the next morning.

It was excellent. We liked everything. The room was nice and very clean. We had a nice buffet each morning in the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel with floor to ceiling windows for a beautiful view of the city!! The staff spoke English and were very friendly. Offered to prepare anything we wanted that was not on the buffet. Simply awesome!

The location. It is close to a bank that we can easily exchange money. The breakfast was good, clients can order coffee from baristas.

We lived on 1/F, the path to our room (last room of the corridor) from the reception has no lighting, so we needed to light our way every time we go back to our room. One dental kit was missing, we mentioned to different receptionists 3 times and could finally get it at around 11:45pm when we really needed it. Although the staff were polite, they were not attentive to customers’ needs. We toilet seat lid always tilted down… so inconvenient for use. Not so clean compared to other hotels. Double room (two separate single beds put together) with a relatively small quilt, not comfortable for two people.

The staff is really amazing. Young people, very polite, English speakers, and willing to support in every way to accommodate requests. They made our stay in Tashkent so much easier, with early check in and late check out. Very good price for what was offered. It is a 3-star hotel and the room was spotless clean and comfortable.

Breakfast varies a lot, can be good for one time, but poor the next day(without hot food)
