The hotel is very intimate and quiet, with a family atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and friendly. At the reception everyone knows English. The pool is very clean. Beautiful garden. The rooms are very well-kept and clean. Very good location, close to everything.

This was our first stay at the hotel (we returned again later in our holiday) The room and bathroom were a good size. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices including some freshly cooked options. Swimming pool excellent addition - makes the hotel worth the price.

This was our second stay at the hotel and this time our room was on the second floor, facing away from the road, over looking the pool and didn't smell. It was a much nicer experience. Staff friendly as previous visit. Area is quieter than some areas of the city but we liked this and being so close to the metro / supermarket / parks was perfect. We ordered food around pool and was great quality.

Nice hotel, although bit dated. Friendly staff.Good location, close to subway and short taxi ride to all sights.Very nice to have the pool during the hot days and the hotel provides towels at the pool, but there are only 4 beds so it is full very quickly. Housekeeping leaves small water bottles every day, which was surely appreciated.

Room was a bit stuffy, old and there was a slightly weird smell in the room and bathroom. Airco in the room was very loud and wifi was dropping out sometimes.Breakfast was not amazing, but you can order eggs outside of the buffet which was nice.

Lovely and quiet. Close five minutes walk to metro. Wee shop a minutes walk away. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool resort style. Breakfast plentiful. Cold beer.

The price is good, nice pool. Not far from Metro station.

The internet was weak, often dropping off. The breakfast buffer was cancelled without warning and the individual orders were introduced, because there were not many guests. There is no ironing in the room, just via the staff who will charge for ironing. The teapot and TV did not work, I had to request replacements, eventually they moved me to a different room.

Very friendly, clean and well maintained.We ate a lovely, freshly prepared meal in the restaurant. The local beer was great.One of the waiters spoke very good English and had a lovely chatty style.We stayed in the little villa by the pool - we appeared to have the place to ourselves.

Quiet and relaxing location, would not believe you were in a city centre but equally very close to the centre of the city.

Mattress was hard but this seems to be the same in all hotels Ive stayed in Tashkent.

The staff was wonderful and the room was very comfortable. The location is excellent for seeing sites in Tashkent and the metro is just a few minutes away. The outside area and pool are plus.

There are lots of restaurants 10 minutes away but only a few right near the hotel.

No shops nearby. The bed is hard. No bidet

Convenient, comfortable, pleasant staff

The staff here were amazing. They were so kind, attentive and helpful to us which was very reassuring when arriving in a new country that we have never visited before. The breakfasts were really good and the pool area is brilliant for relaxing after a day exploring Tashkent in the heat. The location is great being a short walk from Kosmonavtlar metro stop making it easy to get about the city. Staff were also happy to order a Yandex taxi if needed. The TV channel selection in the room is also really broad and international. Everything was also very clean and worked well in the room.

The bed was a little hard, but this is quite normal in Uzbekistan. Pretty easy to get used to sleeping on.

The transfer from the airport was quite expensive. Twice much more than taxi at the airport if you can negotiate strongly

Comfortable and great to be able to relax in the pool after a day out in Tashkent in the heat.

Staff were a little surly compared to staff in other hotels in Uzbekistan. Slightly surprised by this because the Lonely Plant guide mentioned this feature as a plus point and influenced our decision to book. Breakfast was scavenged by other guests such that the staff were unable to replenish the buffet.

We stayed in 2 rooms for 13 nights. Payment terminal didn't work, had to run around ATMs to find cash to pay on the last day. Room service should be improved. We asked to replace the sheets multiple time, they just made the bed without sheets replacement. Didn't refill shower soap or shampoo as toilet paper as well. We had to ask on reception to do it. After asking for it, it was done right away.

Everything was perfect, clean and comfortable. The guys at the reception and the bar were very kind and helpful. Super recommended!
