Great location. Clean rooms. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Staff members are very attentive , helpful and polite. Breakfast is good.

The air conditioning system is not working during winter season. We had to open the window all through out our stay because it is hot inside the room.

The location is great - in the city center with great access to the transport with plenty of parking space including the chargers for cars. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choices including hot meals as well as vegan or vegetarian options. The staff were all great and very helpful. The hotel also has a full gym with lots of space, machines and weights including a Finnish sauna. The rooms of decent size and with all amenities necessary. Cleaning was great and at any time, complimentary daily water was also much appreciated.

Though the rooms are comfortable and if decent sizes, they seemed to be rather outdates and need renovation already for some time. The bathroom is very old though it was clean, it just had a very dated bathtub and the shower heads that did not work properly. Some better insulation is also needed as we could hear the people from above who were rather noisy in the middle of the nights and kids running in the corridors. We hope the renovation will take place soon so we can come back.

The hotel is one expensive I think for the Uzbekistan standards but is great value for money, very well located close to Mustaqiliq metro station and practically in front of the opera house Alisher Navoy A little walk to the Amir Temur square The area is very safe actually the whole country is very safe. The breakfast was great many choices the room was big in fact it was what I have booked, a good and big bed and the room and the hotel were very clean Once again the whole country is very clean The hotel has a restaurant and a lounge bar area The staff was friendly and they had the room ready before the normal time for the check in .We appreciated that I stayed twice at this hotel during my stay in Uzbekistan and if ever come back I will stay again

Location; nice, spacious & comfortable room; staff; very good buffet breakfast; complimentary bottled water daily. Convenient & pleasant walk to to large park, & several important sights.

Our specific room, though very nice, was on the side of hotel on busy street. Otherwise, no complaints.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at the Lotte Hotel in Tashkent. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. They even offered us a complimentary late check-out until 4 PM, which made our last day so much more relaxing.The breakfast buffet was wonderful — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many great spots. The whole experience felt warm, welcoming, and effortless. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tashkent.

After the fire alarm went on and off a few times, I looked out my balcony and saw 4 fire trucks pull up. I went downstairs to ask what is happening (since no one seemed to be concerned). I was told that the fire alarm went off due to a technical issue with the new system. I asked about the 4 fire trucks and was told it was a training exercise. Later when I went down for dinner, I was told the truth: there had been a kitchen fire and the dining room was therefore closed. Staff either did not know what happened and made up a story or they deliberately misled me (so I would not worry?). Either way, that was disappointing. Some staff training may be needed. Everything else about my stay was wonderful.

The hotel is well situated. The staff was very helpful and professional. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast had enough options although the coffee was quite poor. In general, we had a great experience.

The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The interior is outdated, and the overall atmosphere feels more like something from the Soviet era than a modern 4-star hotel.There is no proper spa — just an outdoor pool and gender-separated saunas, which are not appealing or relaxing.The biggest issue was the bathroom:•Very weak water drainage in the sink•Dirty or damaged hair fan•Shower is inside an old bathtub, which is not convenient•Outdated cheap plastic shower curtain•No bidet or handheld bidet spray — a surprising omission, especially since even much cheaper hotels in Uzbekistan offered them•Cracked floor tiles, which gave the bathroom a neglected feelOverall, for $225 per night, the quality falls far below expectations. Definitely not worth the price.

It is very close to many attractions and close to the metro.

Walls are paper thin. It is in a busy boulevard where road noise is high.

Staff is terrific. I was upgraded to a suite, which was a nice touch. It was very comfortable. I dined in the restaurant and it was excellent.
