Baden-Baden Hotel Tashkent

We only stayed a short night and could not enjoy breakfast, but the reception offered to prepare a breakfast to take with us on the train. Thanks again, great service!

The breakfast was great and super delicious. The atmosphere of the hotel and the rooms was festive and very pleasant. Very comfortable and nice interior.

I would like to give the following recommendations:- restaurant's menu is hard to get - the QR code presented in the room is not working, online menu is not available. It should be printed or available online.- reception staff should be more flexible and intuitive when it comes to common scenarios. Foreigners may face multiple issues related to usually simple cases, such as ordering food or cash withdrawals, we had to sort out and figure out solutions by ourselves and even available options were rejected, as staff was unsure what to do and how to handle the situation. YandexGo doesn't work for everyone, and should not be given as panacea for every request- we could not use the ATM machine for withdrawals, nobody could explain the reason. Would be nice if there would be an option to at least exchange $ to sum at the reception

Pillows can be better - a bit less tall - all the rest was excellent. Ah, and lobby maybe should be a bit updated - it is a bit boring - but stillVery nice

Cleaning of the rooms could be better. Very poor menu in restaurant.

Rooms were spacious, stylish and clean. The shower booth was large enough and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely new hotel. Very nice staff who looked after us. We only came in late and left early the next morning so didn’t use much of the hotel but we were happy’

I booked the hotel due to high score/reviews. The negatives - 1).poor sound insulation. My room was 3 doors from lift (hotel said it is a quiet room far enough). At 1130pm I can hear clearly voices from lift area. Again I was waked up around 1 am by voices from lift area. (2) ventilation didn't work well whole nite, hence air feeling "stuffy". Couldn't open the balcony door due to road traffic noise. 3) Hotel response - disappointing. I sent msg (Booking.com) to inform the not-so-comfortable nite stay on 17/4, & requested if hotel could arrange a better quiet room (facing court) for upcoming 2 nites stay on 22/4. They never responded. I therefore decided to cancel & find alternative.

Brand new hotel, rooms are wide and comfy, nice yard , very nice stuff.

A Very Beautiful hotel throughout, very close to Tashkent Airport! All the staff were so delightful, receptionist and housekeeping always helpful, courteous, and friendly with great smiles! Spa was beautiful!

After all the places we’ve stayed, this was by far the best. Facilities, bed, pillows, bathroom, sauna , steam.. everything was great! Breakfast was really nice. I’ll be staying again! Comfortable and quiet.

The most wonderful experience at baden baden.i surely recommend this hotel for a perfect staycation.They comfortable rooms with absolute cleanliness. The staff (Ms.Shandiyana) dealt with us so professionally and respectfully. It should be a 5* hotel not just a 4* as they are exceptionally good in everything including the best restaurant. They also allowed us few hours extra to stay because of our flight back to Dubai.

Close to the airport, the hotel is very modern, nicely designed, good big rooms, beautiful buildings, nice spa.

Stuff left us in the spa with no towels or robes, they said don't bring anything from the room, then they blamed us for losing locer keys which we never received, there is massive hair lock in the swimming pool. Everything i asked for breakfast was messed up. Why asking, then? Took them 15 min to make coffee to go... Good hotel but stuff needs to be improved.

Such an amazing hotel nice reception and the room was clean and comfortable

I loved the location, because it is 10 min by car from the airport. You are able to find the supermarket nearby and even the restaurant. When we arrived, our luggage was at another hotel, so instead of taking a taxi, the hotel staff arrange our luggage pick up and bringing to Baden Baden hotel. We loved that we could save the money and the time.

Although the hotel mentioned that the breakfast will be served at 07:00, BUT.... it actually started from 07:30-08:00. We came at 07:00, because we had to leave at 07:45 to the airport, we got just some staff which was put on the table randomly. I saw some of the people came and went away, because they were in a hurry to the airport.

The hotel is new brand furniture and accessories. The staff was greatly helpful and rooms are spacious and comfortable with upmost cleanness standards.
