Elite Hotel

Hotel is located in close to Kosmonavtlar metro. So you can reach many location by metro. Also most of the interesting places like Amir Timur statue, museum, Magic City are in walkable distance.

When we arrived there was no hot water (not hotel's fault, there were city utility maintenance going).Wifi was weak, but it was Okey.

Beds, pillows and sheets were terrible. The toilet smelled bad because there is no fresh air at all. The wooden floor was broken in some places in the room and covered with carpet. It needs renovation.

It's a carpeted property, therefore we need to remove our shoes to enter the hotel ?However, everything is good.Recommended hotel.

It was clear and peaceful in a nice old house and the stuff was polite

There was no electricity the day we arrived and this caused some problems. Also there was no breakfast and nearby there wasn’t a shop to buy a coffee.

The hotel is on a nice quiet street, and right next to the Museum of Applied Arts. The building has high ceilings, nice carpets and is beautiful overall. The staff is nice and helpful, and helped us even as we arrived late at night. The room was spacious and beautiful. The internet was good.

There was very bad smell in the bathroom, to the point that it was hard to be there. We had to keep the window in the room open all the time as the smell penetrated into the room. Also it looked like there was mold in the shower. The mattresses were very hard.

The room was decently sized. The bathroom was very spacious. The location was also great.

No breakfast at the property

We stayed for a night in Elite Hotel, and it was very good. Cleanness was perfect. We arrived there around 2:30 a.m. and receptionist was waiting for us there. He was a very helpful guy. Overall, we liked our stay.

WHEN BOOKING ROOMS ON BOOKING .COM , THE ROOMS SELECTED SHOULD ALSO MENTION ON WHICH FLOOR THE ROOMS ARE. OUR ROOMS BOOKED WERE ON 2ND FLOOR, WE BEING IN OUR MID 70s ,WITHOUT LIFT WAS DIFFICULT TO APPROACH OUR ROOMS. WE THEN REQUESTED FOR GROUND FLOOR ROOMS AND HAD TO PAY EXTRA AMOUT FOR THE SAME. IT IS REQUESTED TO PLEASE MENTION HOTEL WITH /WO LIFT SO THAT WE CAN BOOK OUR ROOMS ACCORDINGLY.

A last minute Give Away deal caught my eye & booked a room in this hotel and the rest is history ?Having dropped a quick message on late check in and got replied literally moments later; been given a warm welcome by the staff who were extremely attentive, taking all luggages right to the spotless room comes with the view of the city & crisp bed sheets left me speechlessSipping my morning Mocha ☕️ in the balcony had given the best vibes for a long day + Amazing location offers easy access to all of Tashkent and not only would recommend, but also definitely go back ?

The room was far bigger than I was expecting. Nice shower. Good location.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, only 15-20 min from the Cosmonavtlar metro station. It is also near the Uzbekistan Museum of Applied Arts which was very interesting. The staff was polite and kind.

The overall cleanliness could be better, especially the bathroom and the warn out linen.

Good location, friendly staff, nice room. And is spacious and comfortable enough for us. Need to take off shoes before getting in.

The hotel is very beautiful but the neighborhood is a bit quiet. We didn't find any money exchange kiosks nearby. The staff are very helpful. They helped us to book yandex. The coffee and chocolates provided were of excellent taste.

Beautiful place and so spacious. Nice decor. Clean place. The bathroom was amazing. Located in a stunning area near the art museum. Worth it to walk around and see the beautiful buildings. Nearby there is an amazing restaurant "zaytoon".

No shower curtain.Difficulty with getting a good water temperature not too hot and not too cold.Bed sheets did not fit the bed.Hallway light needs to be working. No bulb.

The location and spacious room.

The sheets were not clean and they were smelling bad. There was leakage of water in the bathroom which was floating out in the room ?

Location was very nice. Everything around 2 kms range. Clean stay, good staff

Very friendly staff, huge rooms, good noise insulation, everything except hard and worn out matress was flawless.

Matress was hard and you could feel the springs, wifi at moments was slow.

The hotel was clean, quiet but central location.

Hard beds and there was no pressure in the shower. Personnel wanted us to pay immediately and accepted only som or dollars no euros. No Visa card is accepted. Eventually they accepted euro, they didn’t want us to pay the next day.

The rooms are extremely beautiful and clean. The staff is hospitable. Loved the stay here.

Doesn’t accept cards. No in house cafe or options for vegetarian people.

Very good location, safe neighborhood. Its in a traditional residential building with beautiful big rooms and lovely bathroom. Staff was very helpful and we were able to get our rooms even though we arrived early.
