I rent two room, one room the heater was notvworking and we end up sleeping in one room and I gave them back the key for the other room and told them as I could not use the room and they could not provide me with alternative solutions I want my money back for the room and they ask me to write to their manager and I did and still did not refund my money

Hotel's breakfasts were exceptional! So many choices! New dishes every day in addition to standard favorites.I also used hotel's swimming pool and conference hall, and were very satisfied.

The bathroom situation is not great. Both, showers and bidet shower vere not tuned and sprayed water everywhere. There were no shower curtains, and the bathroom floor was regularly flooded.

Don’t pay them when you check-in. Wait until you want to check-out.

The hotel is very noisy, not clean and the breakfast is terrible. Food they warm up from the day before and serve it

Nice, clean property. Super close to the airport (10 min taxi) and train station (10 min walk). Modern inside, with ATM and bar

Information given by the staff was misleading. They need to be better trained.The double bed was actually two single beds together so it was not a real bed.Location is convenient if you need to catch a train.Breakfast was nice.ATM at the hotel was useful.

Breakfast was plentiful and the service was good. The heated pool and gym were great. The room was clean, too.

Lost lipstick has been recovered, thanks to the front desk staff for apologising.

The location of the hotel was perfect, it seemed everything I needed was within 5km radius and using the yango taxi app made life very easy. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful, a real credit to the place. I feel in love with the chicken club sandwich when I was there and the food came in great time, I was never waiting too long for my food.

No beer at the bar :)But the hotel is really cool about you bringing in bottles and having them in your room, there's two great bottle stores about 400 meters from the hotel.The gym is a bit small, but the pool is very nice.

Room was very big. Location next to the orthodox church is nice, not too far from main rail station and a metro station.

The room is marketed as having a balcony. These rooms do not have balconies - only 1 room per floor does, so this is falsely advertised. The view wasn't as expected at all. Strange smell in the room. Staff were also difficult to communicate with.

Behind the hotel some construction activities were on even during night time.My room was on eight floor and it was quite noise 1 floor above and was not able to slep properly. Next morning I discovered one floor above is hotel restaurant. Not sure what they were doing at night time, maybe hunting for breakfast??? Breakfast menu have to be improved. Very poor choice

Large, comfortable, well-appointed room with a view of the Orthodox cathedral. Good location near the train station (I had to catch an early-morning train). Outstanding breakfast that was available early in the morning.

Some street noise (construction) the day I was there.

The hotel breakfast was great! The room was clean and spacious! The bed was very comfortable

Hotel prices may fluctuate due to the occupancy rate on the day.

Hotel is new and nicely decorated. It seems like a good location as far as central and close to the airport and public transportation.One particular staff at the front desk (attractive young lady with long dark silky hair) tried especially hard to help us through a few travel dilemmas even though we did not speak Uzbek and she had limited English. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices/options although I would have liked more fresh fruit options. Maybe it was just time of year (April)

Air conditioning/thermostat did not seem to work well... not very cooling despite being there in moderate temps (April). Hope it is better for guests when it is really hot!

Breakfast is our first impressiion. A lot of varieties. It is new hotel. Staff give good service. Location is not bad. Opposit Assumption Cathedral. Makro supermarket is in walking distance.

Nothing to complain about. Just want to see lowe price.

The room air conditioner was not well cooled

I found the hotel to have a fresh feel to it with a good breakfast. The location worked very well as it was close to the airport, intercity train station and the city landmarks (one gorgeous landmark of the city is right opposite the hotel). So all my commutes to catch early morning flights and returning from late night trains were smooth. The staff members were courteous and helpful. Overall, a positive experience with the hotel.

The communication on booking.com was slow and the messages from the front desk to the room service were delayed on a few occasions. It could be that the hotel is short staffed during the peak season I travelled in.

The hotel was in a very near to alot of requirements, very friendly staff, the room was very comfortable. the breakfast was excellent with varities

There was difficulty of the language, the staff didnt speak english and communication with them was at time difficult

Very well presented property with friendly/ helpful staff. Location not terribly central but within walking distance. Decent breakfast.

All is ok, except for the major problem

AC was not working at all as there was no gas. It was 30 degrees inside. The staff said they fixed it twice. And they did not. After we said that we will move out. They advised us to close the curtains to avoid the heat. And then they said again that they fixed the AC problem with their engineer. When we came we saw the opened windows and a fan.
