Staff tried their best.

The rating of this hotel is 9.1, but as soon as you will be there you will understand that this is totally fake.The floors smells with chinese food. The towels in the rooms are almost grey, the walls are dirty..Absolutely 2 stars hotel.

I like how helpfull was the staff specially the young ladies Amina & Munira in the reception; we felt home & welcomed ? Breakfast is excellent ? the gym was spotless and we loved that we were able to book our own time in the spa, sauna and Turkish bath?‍♂️

Great helpful staff with clean big room

Everything was great, beautiful architecture, comfortable and spacious room, good breakfast, very nice and friendly staff and reception. We had a few nice days here with the family.

Good Location, clean Rooms, welcoming staff. good choices from breakfast. Highly recommended if you have come on leisure or/an with family.

WI-FI is not good if you are coming on a business trip and require to work from hotel too.

Rooms: well designed, ample, modern and comfortable. Clean sheets, all toiletries, safe box in the room.

Breakfast is really poor. Nothing to eat. Tried eggs, porridge, fruits - just can't eat it.

Every thing was perfect staff, location and clean

Location was close to the US Embassy, ideal variant for ones who came for the interview. Breakfast was good enough + a lot of options to eat in the same restaurant during the day, no need to leave the hotel. Sauna was great, 120 degrees + pool.

Internet was very bad, even YouTube was hard to watch

I recently stayed at King Plaza and had a fantastic experience! Upon arrival, everything was prepared and ready for us, including the paperwork. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Not only were they kind and helpful, but they also spoke fluent English, making it easy for us to communicate and get the assistance we needed. The breakfast was also a standout - it was absolutely fantastic! The variety and quality of the offerings were top-notch. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. What really impressed me though was when we had to leave early, the staff kindly prepared us a packed breakfast to go, which was a lovely touch.

However, one thing that was a slight disappointment was that the hotel didn't quite live up to its website description - we had expected a bidet in our room, but unfortunately it wasn't available. Despite this minor misstep, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with exceptional service. The staff truly made our stay special!

The hotel building and facilities are very nice. The rooms are spacious; the front desk is nice and helpful; the breakfasts are tasty and generous; the restaurant in the hotel is renowned as one of the better places in the neighborhood to get local food. Having a sauna, pool, and fitness center on-premise is awesome. Finally, they do accept credit cards and have great wifi, which is still rare in the country.

Although everyone's nice and doing their best, the place seems understaffed, which leads to, among other things, delays in cleaning. The room service sometimes was as late as 6 PM (for the other rooms it was as late as 8 PM, hello poor sound insulation), and on some days there was no service at all. It was unclear what this service should have included because the result was different every time; they seemed to be in a rush, and on most days they just simply replaced the bathroom floor mat. The same goes for the pool: every day some kind of mud was accumulating on the pool's floor.Though, all these issues can be easily fixed by hiring more staff which, hopefully, the hotel would do.
