The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff Mahmood and Samandar were friendly and professional, the room was spacious and well designed, and everything felt calm and high quality. The location is excellent, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very pleasant and relaxing.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and the stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

Other hotels are in a better location. It's location is not bad but far .

The receptionist at the restaurant was very welcoming. Her smile brightened the mornings. Close to airport and one of the best restaurants in Tashkent - caravan.

Gym. I did not feel comfortable working out because it was always full of men. Also noFree water.

I want to say special thanks to Maftuna Qodirova,guest relations manager. She is very smart, hospitable and responsible. Maftuna helped us in different situations: problems with room, order taxi and appeal to officials. I think Maftuna is very valuable employee.

Broken shower from which boiling water poured in B408 room. Also in this room were narrow curtains that did not cover the window.

Staff are very friendly

I didn’t like the hotel location where all buildings around the hotel are under construction and that makes it difficult to get a taxi. I had to walk 20 minutes to be able to get a taxi which was not convenient at all due to the hot weather.

WE THROW YOUR DOCUMENTS TO GARBAGE WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL!

Disaster place with disaster staff. I forgot my 68 pieces of paper documents on the table, all was together. When i realized i forgot my documents, reached out to hotel and they told me that “we throw them to garbage”. When i asked about their lost and found procedure and how they can throw my documents without my approval, the answer that i got was “was it written that those were your documents”. Seriously? Whose documents can be they in my room, where i stayed alone?? Really?? Is Accor letting these people to work in one of the most prestigious hotel in Tashkent? Disaster staff, disaster mentality. I don’t know what else to say.

Excellent service, very spacious rooms. We were treated and welcomed by Otabek at the reception and he was very helpful and friendly. During our stay we were taken great care of by him and Asadbek. Their breakfast offerings are the best with a huge variety of choice. Shout out to the chefs at breakfast they make very delicious food and especially the Uzbek bakery delicacies.

Breakfast was very good, lots of choices, and staff very helpful. Food in both restaurants was excellent. Walk in closet in the room was wonderful. Lots of space for clothes and luggage.

Poor coordination and communication within their system for unique circumstances. We came in a day early and joined a tour the second day, which was now a different reservation. When I asked if we would need to move to a different room since it was a separate reservation, I was told no. The next day we returned to find our keys no longer worked and went to reception where they discovered that we had been automatically checked out.Rekeyed our keys and returned to our room to find it had not been cleaned. I found a staff member who said they would take care of it, so we went to the restaurant for a drink, returning to our room half an hour later to find a different staff member leaving the itinerary for the tour the next day, we requested again that the room be cleaned. It was an inconvenience over a circumstance that should have been seamless. The system just needs to be adjusted since I am sure that we are not the only tourists getting in a day early for a tour.Location does not allow you to walk to any of the tourist sites, but taxis are very inexpensive.

Staff doesn't understand English, not to International standard, rates they are charging, construction site right on front of the hotel, we would rate nothing more than 3 star, for Tashkent their rates are far too much, breakfast very average, breakfast not to international standard, at breakfast staff hardly understand English,. Location quite far from centre.

The staff were all corteous and helpful in making our stay special and accomodated our request. Parvin was also especially helpful in settling us in and upon check out. Will definitely come back again!

Gorgeous architecture; incredible gym fully loaded with a smith press, cables, and dumbbells up to 100#; and the best breakfast I have enjoyed in decades.

The rooms were big and we really liked that. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is usually served cold and it would be great if the hotel could manage to warm up the food.

Excellent location. Nice and comfortable room. Breakfast was average with limited veg options. Except 1/2 not so good incidence Staff was hospitable and nice.

Fast check in, cleanliness, no noise, two restaurants inside.

this hotel is an amazing 4 start. the highest level. from the late night reception to the porter who brings the suitcase to the guest relation manager who leaves a beautiful welcome note in the room upon arrival, to the Check out staff. the room was so spacious and beautiful. very clean. After a late flight it was so nice to be there.

Egg station in the restaurant during breakfast is without any extractor fan and after breakfast clothes and hair smell a lot. During booking there was no info that spa will be closed. It was one of the criteria for a hotel choice, but we couldn’t use it… it was closed for renovation.
