- I checked in quite late at 1:30 AM after my train arrived in Tashkent. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and modern, similar to what you would expect from a global chain. I found the bed comfortable. I didn’t get to try the breakfast or spa, as I had to also leave quite early, but hopefully will get to next time. Recommended.
Cons -
- I had a confirmed reservation and arrived late at night, exhausted after travel. Upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to let me check in because I was traveling with my partner and they demanded a marriage certificate. This requirement was never mentioned during booking, not stated in the hotel rules, and was communicated only after I arrived at the property. As a result, I was left sitting in the lobby for 30–40 minutes late at night, under stress, urgently trying to find another hotel.Regardless of local customs or internal policies, such rules must be clearly disclosed before accepting reservations, especially for international guests. Denying accommodation at night based on an undisclosed condition is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this hotel to travelers, especially those arriving late or traveling as a couple.

Half of the staff tried to help.
Light sleepers should be aware that soundprofing is barely exists. We were not able to sleep because of the toilet's ventilation in the neighboring room. It was so loud. You also hear others' room tv's, and our neighbor watched TV till 3 am.
A staff was kind, helpful and supportive. The room was clean.
The location is a bit far from the station.
The hotel offers a very convenient location, spotless cleanliness, and exceptionally friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.
Everything was profict
Spacious, clean, good location, nice staff available 24/7.
A bit too expensive in terms of Uzbekistan, but Tashkent is generally more expensive so it's reasonable. Some construction work in the street outside (Oct 2025) but seems like it'll end soon.
Location Staff on reception Breakfast Breakfast staff
Staff on check out Miss understanding about airport shuttle and feeAsked to take with us breakfast to the airport as we checked out early, did not get any. However the overall stay was nice
I got spacious room in great location.
Service, construction next to it with constant high noise level. Lack of simple things in the room such as towels, napkins, hand soap. Safe to secure valuables does not work neither.
The location
The room had mosquitoes, the bed sheets felt like were old and not fresh, like they haven’t changed it. Only towels were clean. No proper toiletries were found. And there is a space under the front door which leaves you with no privacy. The lights were off ?
Everything was great. Nice location, great room. Special thanks to receptionists Umar and Xasan for their warm welcome and excellent service.
Its new and modern concept
Wi Fi, not working at all throughout stayI tried to keep calm but when i really could not use i went to reception who hardly speaks English, the receptionist came to my room and said they will fix it, however it did not happen, in fact when he came to my room he opened my headphone without my consent, its ok if he want to see it but as hospitality professional he should ask if he can see it, property lacked in terms of wi fi and good breakfast, staff needs to be trained and they need to learn how to show hospitality with guests
•Great location in the capital city, close to everything•Very clean and well-maintained•Shower and toilet were in good condition•Breakfast was decent – in line with what most Tashkent hotels offer•Mr. Abdel Jaleel was very helpful, friendly, and hospitable•Mftuna, the manager, was also supportive and professional•On-site spa available (we didn’t use it, but it’s a nice option to have)•Easy parking available in front of the hotel•Good value for money, especially for short stays
•No toilet water spray available, which may be inconvenient for some guests•Not a five-star hotel, so don’t expect luxury – but a solid choice depending on your
The location was fine for our needs. Not super central, but within walking distance to the parks. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, though not everything was very fresh. That said, the staff was helpful and quick to refill the items once they ran out.
There’s no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have large luggage. The sauna costs extra, and the massage rooms felt more like a prison basement than a relaxing space. One of my friends got stuck in the shared bathroom because the door locks weren’t working properly.Overall, the staff wasn’t behaving professionally. They offered to help with our bags but never followed through, and they seemed confused about how to handle the check-in process when we arrived. The biggest issue, and the reason for the low rating, was the laundry service. We sent in a few items, and some of them came back with large dark stains all over. At first, they took the clothes back to clean again without a problem. But when the stains didn’t come out, the receptionist claimed the clothes were already stained when we gave them in. She rolled her eyes and acted very dismissively throughout the conversation.
Friendly staff, great location for exploring city center.
Hotel walls and doors were thin and other guests were loud. It was difficult to sleep.
Hotel floors are spacious and sunlit, emergency exit seems safe and usable, room doors securely locked, room and bathroom were comfortable
Only one set of towels instead of two..
It’s neat and good location. Break fast is good
Washroom bath area water was clogging and we cleaned . Rest all good
Overall a pretty great hotel. The room was super spacious and had a nice balcony. The location makes it super easy to access the main square of the city.
The breakfast would empty pretty quickly in the morning, and not get refilled. We came to breakfast around 9am and often, many trays of food were already empty.
Good room, very clean and comfortable. Excellent and helpful staff
No elevator. Breakfast below average
