The hotel is really new or just been renovated. Location is great and the staff is helpful.

Good private hotel located near the railway station and not far from the airport. Breakfast was good and the taste of baklava was amazing, the same to best dessert shops.

Hotel located a little far from the city centre and key Tashkent facilities. The nearest metro station also a little far. If you need to find a good restaurant, you need to walk 10–15 minutes at least.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was kind and helpful. Really nothing to complain about

The room we were in was spacious and airy with a full bathroom, fridge and tea making facilities. The breakfast had a wide range of choices.

Comfortable hotel very close to airport and train station. Breakfast buffet was very tasty. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location was fine and the breakfast was a good spread.

The staff responsiveness was zero. And most of them didn't speak English.Despite requests and reminders the previous day for takeaway breakfasts as we had a very early checknout we weren't given the packed breakfast. At 6.50 am on our day of checkout we were informed that the hotel didn't have takeaway boxes. So unreliable and unprofessional! If they had informed us earlier we would have made our own arrangements.Secondly, the previous night the air-conditioner in my room was not cooling as result of which I didn't sleep the entire night. When I complained the next morning they had a casual approach to say oh the housekeeping must have changed the settings to heating in the control unit at the back! Really. So unbelievable. When I came back in the evening at 5pm it was still not fixed. Only when I was stern about it the Manager ran around fixing it. He also gave me a $15 discount for my precious sleepless troubled night.

I found small insect crawling near bed rest right next to my head. I was not sure was it tick or small cockroach?

The hotel is conveniently located. The location is quiet, which is great. Metro is some 20 minutes by foot.The rooms has been refurbished recently so they look brand new; the shower works well.There is everything a man on a business trip needs at the breakfast. You can order fried eggs or omelette at no additional cost.The staff is very friendly and is always eager to help.So, really recommend this hotel.

The location and the friendly manager, Mr Gafur who is graciously working for this hotel for the past four years. He gave me a free room upgrade. The suite is comfy and clean. The breakfast is superb as always.

Although there are not many restaurants or shops nearby, it didn’t matter because it is so cheap and quick to get a Yandex taxi anywhere.

Great! Super friendly staff! We came early in the morning and they provided early check-in and we were allowed to have a breakfast which was delicious! Good variety of food, everything fresh and tidy. Room was very clean, the bed is comfortable. Location is convenient and not noisy, was good to sleep with the open window. Definitely recommend! We only stayed 4am-11am as we had another flight so didn’t have breakfast or see the general location so can’t comment on that

The wonderful buffet breakfast, many choices, hot chicken noodle soup, cooked vegetables, fresh veggies and fruits, like figs, watermelon, other melons,so sweet . There are Turkish deserts, all satisfied my stomach. Most staffs are very nice, polite.

For hotel payment I feel the setting is problematic, it keep let your credit cards errors out, ask pin. Finally I used my debt card, it immediately pass even without asking PIN code. My credit card used in restaurants, buy museum tickets all went through well.
