Great room, quiet and comfortable

We asked for robes to go to spa and the stuff forgot to bring it to us, we had to ask again

The restaurants are not impressive. I would expect more from one of the city’s best hotels. Breakfast could also provide better choice of Uzbek specialties and proper coffee, not from a self-service machine.

Lack of parking. Unfortunately there is no underground parking only ground which is full most of the time. Breakfast could be more diverse. It’s a hard choice for special dietary people.

I really liked that the hotel is elegant and located in an upscale area. The staff were very friendly and helpful – I even needed a power adapter to charge my phone, and they went above and beyond by purchasing a charger and adapter in no time. Many thanks to them for their excellent service. In addition, the hotel’s location is very convenient, being close to shopping malls and the boulevard

Great Location, Friendly Staff, and Comfortable StayI had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Tashkent. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, and the hotel is clean with a great vibe. Breakfast doesn’t offer a huge variety, but the food quality and ambiance are very good.The staff are friendly and eager to help. Special thanks to Abdulrauf at the coffee shop, Komila at reception, and the Assistant Front Office Manager who handled a small laundry issue very professionally.Overall, I’m giving a full rating because the positives far outweigh the minor issues. I truly enjoyed the people, the culture, and the warm hospitality of Uzbekistan.

A couple of things to improve: laundry staff should wait longer before entering after knocking, and prices for room service and laundry are extremely high nearly five times more than local market prices.

Very good location. Lovely view of Tashkent City Park. Friendly and professional staff. There is a shopping mall which is very close and many other shops in and around Tashkent City.

Breakfast at the executive lounge was tiny but enough and we enjoyed it. But breakfast at ground level was extra and it is beyond my understanding.

The stay was good, excellent breakfast, and restaurant staff (Humayun) was very nice. In general, the stay was nice.

One thing they messed up was the airport transfer. Booked it for my husband who doesn’t speak Russian so he avoids all the drivers outside airport talking to him, but it was pretty much waste of money because they messed it all up. Too many details to go into, so I won’t, but they apologized and in general the stay was nice.

We were third people. Two of us family a single. The family room was checed for single and less room was given to famlly.After check out we were in the car when reception man find us and said we didnt pay for the mini bar in full price. We have not time to discuss with him and pay . Despite we sharply calculate our mini bar.

Food for breakfast and dinner in the business lounge was very good.

Reception refused me entry, because I had to show them the marriage certificate:)They said that there is some internal rule not to allow a man and a woman in the same room unless you show them a proof of legal marriage :)I found a law that prohibits hotels to do such things but the hotel manager did not care.... So I had to call another person to get it for me and send a picture.... we lost 2 hours on this stupidity. I'll never stay there again.

Staff lacked the will or inclination to be welcoming and making guests comfortable (it gave a sense that there was some prejudice). The staff at the lobby specially. The room service though was professional and prompt. Very disappointing

The hotel was not at all easily accessible and no information was shared that the entrance would be closed. With huge bags it was a nightmare reaching.

Staff is prejudiced towards Indians - one got a sence. Only Ulbeg (the person who arranged taxis for airport in morning and also helped with the bags was really helpful and kind - true hilton hospitality as one would expect - not sure of the exact name though)
