So the check-in and check-out experience was smooth, room are big enough for a comfort stay. Cleanliness is also super like the sheet and the washroom was stain-less. The reception are also well English spoken, they understood and helped through out the stay. The location initially looked like a local residential area but its well placed for all commutes.

As an vegetarian Indian, there were not many option for breakfast. The room heater was also overheating, there was no closing knob on it so it was making room a little hot. The reception staff tried to help but it didnt work as it was night.

There was a strange smell probably because of cleaning chemicals which came away after ventilation.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a really positive experience. The staff, including the receptionists and cleaning team, were all very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, which definitely added to the stay.

The only downside is that the rooms can be a bit noisy — you can hear footsteps in the corridor and some noise from outside. But all in all, it was a great stay.

Everything was ok. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety.

There was no hot water in the toilet

We were just staying for one night in Tashkent in between trains and needed somewhere easy and where we could check in late and check out early

Booked this hotel last minute a few minutes before midnight due to another hotel cancelling our reservations because of repairs. The reception is open 24/7 which is good. Hotel room was super comfy, very modern furniture and amazing shower. Kettle with tea in the room. Room had a balcony.

Since it was a last minute booking the room seemed to be prepared for a single person rather than a couple (no nightstand on one side, missing some toiletries and towels). But this is fine and I'm sure if you book ahead you will get everything. The breakfast could be a bit better but it was still fine. Location is a little bit far from the city but we wanted something close to the airport so for us it was good.

We asked for early breakfast or lunch box because we needed to leave early - we've received two massive lunchboxes with delicious breakfast.

The personnel were extremely kind and helpful in every aspect, trying to satisfy even non-standard requests of guests. The room was elegant and cosy, both breakfast and wi-fi were fine.

The hotel is located very close to Tashkent International Airport. Good prices and there is a standard triple room type if you come together 3 people.

There is no elevator in the building.

Great welcoming and arranging staff. Location close to the airport and the train station in a quiet quarter. Nice, clean and large room. Appreciated the large cup for tea (instead of the usual 15-20 cl cup).

Maybe the plughole in the shower was not located the best way and there was a little bit of water that could not be evacuated properly. But nothing really dramatic.

Nice hotel in calm and quiet place near to Airport and Railway station recommended

The rooms are very spacious. Friendly staff. Hotel close to the airport and other facilities. It is easy to get around. 24hrs assistance. The bed was very big

The bed was very big but hard, so sleeping there for 5 nights resulted in back pains. The bed was made everyday but the sheets were not changed. They still had the same stains. Not much variety for breakfast.

Very good and clean hotel. With this price I thought it would be so so… but it turned out to be very cosy and pleasant.

The staff is great! I had no cash to give the tips, but the guy on the reception made a great job with the taxi and other help.

We stayed here for 5 nights, everything was good the room was cleaned and well maintained. We had an issue with curtains but the staff has responded and fixed the issue quickly. The cleaning team did an amazing job and kept the facility very neat and clean. The breakfast variety is ok not that great. But definitely worth the price.

I like the clean, design of the room and the condition. I like the staff working in the room. The call center is available. Good for short stay up-to 3 days

Hotel is good and cheap. Not fire away from city center. Airport also 1km from the hotel. Train staiton 2km from the hotel. All were good. Thanks you so much)))

The room was clean and not bad. There were some cups and kettle.

There are more things I didn’t like about the place than the things I liked. First of all, as we entered the hotel, reception did not seem to be friendly. Second of all, they charged more than it was in the app! That’s frustrating! Because the price should not be changed as the staff wish, even though they offer cheaper price, as soon as you get to the hotel you will be charged more than the actual price given in the app! Moreover, when it comes to breakfast- we didn’t have one! Because we were not allowed to, they offered a breakfast for additional price ! However, in Booking.com it was said that the breakfast was included. Another issue, there was no slippers, which was rather uncomfortable! Not mentioning an uncomfortable bed which was making sounds the whole night!
