- Breakfast was Great!!!
Cons -
- there could be more information in English!
- arrived at 8pm for checkin on a Friday evening with 3 young kids after a long drive to visit an ailing family member (checkin is allowed until 9pm). lights at the reception were out and nobody there. after 5 min a lady from the restaurant came and had no booking reference or knowledge that we‘d be arriving. She made several calls trying to reach someone who had worked the earlier shift with some knowledge of our reservation. An hour later we got into the room. something like this has never happened to me ever and I’ve traveled all over the world and stayed at many hotels. just disappointed that aside from apologies no effort was made to somehow “fix the wrong”. The next morning I was still stuck with a 200€ bill that is WAY WAY WAY too much for a 3 star hotel. :(
