- The staff members were very friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful Balcony view of the cathedral.
- This hotel is so cute and quaint! The location is great. A short walk into town and to the monastery. We stayed for 2 days and used it as a launch padFor Nazare, Fátima, and Tomar and am so glad we did! It was so nice to come back after a long day to the warmth of the hotel. They offered us a free upgrade and we had the most amazing view from our balcony of the monastery. The decor is adorable and the breakfast room is the sweetest! The colors and decor will make you smile and the breakfast is really really good-try the homemade jams and cakes and you’ll be glad you did. Also, the ice cream jars from the honesty bar! You can tell they have out a lot of thought and care into this property. I only wish we could have stayed longer
- This beautiful hotel is in the perfect location — easy to access if you’re driving into town (as I was) but just steps away from the attractions once you’re ready to walk around. The entire property is immaculate, with stunning views and a great breakfast. I also loved the honor bar, which was well stocked with treats. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Batalha.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went out of their way to help. Good breakfast and a great location.

Clean, amazing location, easy to park the car.
Exceptionally well located, fantastic staff. Breathtaking view of the monastery from our room. WOw.
Breakfast was wonderful with great home jams. The location was walking distance to everything in town and the staff was super friendly. This wonderful hotel should be in the tour guide books as a must stay hotel!!!
No complaints about anything.
Beautiful, quirky hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Loved the crafts on sale in the lobby. Breakfast was delicious. Comfy lounge with an honesty bar!
Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent rooms, very good breakfast. Pool was extra big plus.
Perfect location with beautiful view of the monastery, including nighttime view. Immaculate. Good breakfast. Within easy walking distance of the monastery and town. Friendly staff.
Cooked eggs for breakfast.
The front desk arrival situation was professional and friendly. Plenty of parking available. Our room was small, but sufficient with a great balcony with a view of the monastery. Great recommendations for local restaurants. Breakfast room was clean and pretty and had many delicious choices, self service style so no waiting necessary. Many spaces to enjoy not in your room - common areas for sitting, playing pool, reading, etc.
The place is beautiful and Family run business and staff were very friendly to our family very clean and breakfast was amazing everything is top top. very good. I will be staying here again in future. .
there is nothing wrong great place to stay and cutest.
We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem of a hotel. The room, common areas and dining room were very clean - immaculate even. The room was small but very functional and nicely appointed. You could tell that the owners and staff take pride in taking good care of the hotel. There is an "honesty bar" with a great selection of drinks and snacks, open until 11pm or midnight. You write down what you selected and leave it on the front desk. They will charge you when you check out. The breakfast buffet was fresh and very tasty. Again, presented so well (with pride) and very well organized. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And we enjoyed the little gift shop with "made in Portugal" items. We would stay here again and recommend to friends in a heart beat!
Beautiful hotel, walking distance to all you need. Two pools (one indoor and one outdoor) are fabulous !
We enjoyed the family and kid friendliness, the arts and crafts vibe and the honesty bar☺️
We didn't find negatives really, just the doors of the fridge could open the same way as the cupboard it is hidden in..but it's a detail, lol.
Swimmingpool, good parkingfacility, nice personnel.
Swimming pool, the room facilities were nice. Honest bar is a good idea.
Unfortunately breakfast didn't meet our expectations. The coffee was awful, there weren't veggies at all. The pineapple juice was super strange (but orange one was good). Sweets were nice, but we didn't use to eat it for breakfast.
Room exactly as pictured, with view and beautiful balcony. Breakfast very good. Lots of interesting extras around the hotel.
Wonderful family hotel, lovely staff, bright, airy, well designed and very comfortable. Lovely hotel and a great find! We would recommend.
First class hotel! Amazing interior, design, incredible staff and service! Paintings everywhere (owner is an artist), adorable souvenirs shop(with carefully selected quality items) stylish breakfast room with nutritious and appetizing food with a variety of options to choose from. Cleanliness is uncompromising. But what really captivated us was the breathtaking view from our terrace - Castle of Batalha just in front. We had just one night booked but we chose to extend our stay for an additional night. To summarize: a piece of art!
