Even though we had a studio apartment which has a fridge and kitchen sink, there was no cooking stove or microwave making it impossible to cook or even warm any food. Even the smallest one would since the thing. For families with small kids this could be a showstopperNo rescuer or even admin in SPA area with lots of water on the floor making it unsafe and somewhat dirty place

The pool is nice. The staff is polite. The location is great.

Maybe a bit pricey when it comes to the restaurant.

Clean and big room, very tasty breakfast and dinner (also beer :-)).

Quite everything. Really good spa, restaurant. All well organized. Cool and friendly staff. Close to mountains. Modern, spacious and well equipped rooms, also very clean.

A kettle, tea and coffee in the room would be a nice addition.

I paid a small fortune by Polish standards (950zł/night) for an apartment where we as a family could celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. Paying so much, I expected an excellence. Reasons for my disappointment:1.Location of the apartment was nowhere near the hotel so shouldn't be advertised as part of the hotel. We had a good long walk from hotel to apartment up & down steep hills. The apartment is completely unsuitable for those who aren't fit. The location is very isolated so if you want to enjoy alcohol with a meal, you only really have the hotel restaurant as an option. Going into the town is unrealistic as you have a severe hill to climb on the way back.2.The kitchen was unfinished. All we had was a fridge, kettle & sink. There was no cooking equipment. There was nothing to clean with, no washing up liquid, no kitchen towel, no sponge, so we couldn’t even clean plates after my wife’s birthday cake. This was therefore NOT AN APARTMENT. It was merely a hotel room. I PAID FOR AN APARTMENT NOT A HOTEL ROOM!!3.The bathroom fan noise kept us awake at night before it eventually fell off the wall! The bathroom was tiny & dark & by the time the family had showered there was water flooding out of the bathroom & into the passageway between the rooms.4.The breakfast was very limited & disappointing. I've had better breakfasts renting single rooms in private pension houses.5.There was no Wi-Fi as promised in the description.6.There was no television because there was no Wi-Fi.7.The outdoor swimming pool is small & very limited for space. You can only relax on one side & there were only some 10 beds available. If you don't have a bed, you have to sit on the floor. This made the pool inaccessible if you didn't have a bed.8.We were only provided with 2 terrace chairs & one deck chair when there were four of us staying.We got a 10% discount which I regrettably accepted but our weekend was ruined.

Facilities, location, and staff are wonderful. Super clean.

Thin walls and an event (private party in a conference room held in the basement) on Friday night (it ended at 4 am) made impossible to sleep. There is no AC so the rooms feel stuffy and hot.

Spacious room - apartment, perfect pool, breakfast and restaurant. Nice garden, minigolf, children playground. Really one of the best 3-stars hotel

Excellent property, ideal for a biking weekend. Super nice and helpful staff. When one of our bikes broke down, the local bike guru Mr. Jacek came over on a Saturday afternoon and fixed it.

Nice and clean hotel, kind receptionists, free parking lot, outside attractions for kids (playground on the sand), 15min. of walking to the city center. Nice spa with salt cave, efficiently large pool with warm water. Delicious meals at restaurant!

Very comfortable room, nicely arranged. Top notch restaurant, variety of facilities, free and open parking, no problem in extending the stay. Great location if you want to tour the Kotlina Kłodzka area or nearby Czech Republic attractions

Very nice hotel, staff and restaurant. Rooms are on the small size, but functional and very clean with white bedding. Big problem is the lack of temperature control in the room - room thermostat constantly set at 30 C requiring us to open the balcony doors to cool the room down regularly. Staff could not do anything about the temperature setting and it appears all the rooms are set that way from other reviews we have read. Breakfast was very good but was better on the weekend when they had a fully buffet because more clients in the hotel. Dinner menu is limited but good and tasty. Plenty of free parking and located a short distance from Bardo town center. We will stay again.

It's a really nice, modern hotel situated on a hill, with a beautiful garden and a spa with swimming pool and sauna. Free parking. Room no. 106 was spacious, quiet and comfortable, without a balcony. The à la carte diner was plentiful and delicious, the breakfast buffet had a large selection and very tasty pancakes and delicious coffee :) The swimming pool is nice and warm, sauna was hot and clean. We recommend this hotel.

Not all the SPA facilities were working, some of the jets in the pool were not working and the Himalayan Ice Chamber was out of order. Pity.

The staff is polite.The background is appealing, with ample space and a beautiful swimming pool.The room is spacious.

On Friday, I couldn't sleep until 4 a.m. because there was a party, and the whole hotel was noisy (I deduct 4 points). The charm of this hotel is its location in a calm area in the middle of nowhere, so it doesn't make sense to have a party there.The staff doesn't speak English properly (I deduct 1 point).The breakfast is basic (I deduct 1 point).The air conditioning was not working (I deduct 1 point).My room had a strange setup where I was sharing a balcony, and other rooms' balconies were directed towards my room (I deduct 1 point).Overall, my rating for Friday is 2/10 and for Saturday 6/10, leading to an average of 4/10. I will round it up to 5/10.

Nice clean. Great breakfast and the restaurant serves very good food. The spa pool was also very nice

The spa shower in the womens changing room did not work very well. The bed could use a new madres.

What is not to like as everything good for us.Clean indoor and outdoor pools Sauna's and jacuzzi in the indoor pool, sunlounges at both yo relax.Although we were a couple, there were other outdoor activities such as you could play crazy golf and things for the family. Well kept gardens and surroundsCredit to the greenkeepers Outside seating to relax Breakfast continental and would say average - no English tea !!Our room was nice and spacious And cleaned daily - plus change of towels .... only thing, no fridge or safe Plus, tv had Polish channels only !!Staff Excellent from reception table to waiting staff Although we were English, most of the staff understood a little, and we got by We also noticed it was pet friendly.
