The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were friendly and efficient. There was always someone available to help with any question or need. Dinner is also available, and the food is outstanding.

The rooms were a bit too warm for my taste; the air-conditioning system could be improved

No wifi, the rooms are tidy and tight. No extra space. Flies in the room and is annoying. Air-conditioning not enough to get cool. Common area and elevator is so hot.

I feel it like a motel instead of 3 star hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the parking was secure, that was important to me ,also the evening meal I found was very nice also , great place to stay if you are getting the ferry from sete

Spa and pool very poor, not maintained. Towels for the pool are not provided, you have to bring your towels from home.Rooms and bathrooms very tight.No mini-fridge, and in summer is very hard not to have some cold drinks, especially in the days 40C+.Balconies are not very clean.Parking behind the hotel , has big hole on the road and very dangerous for the car, especially in the night.Going out and coming back to the hotel, it’s so annoying that every time we have to ring on the button, so that somebody can open the gate. It can be given automatic access with a room key of the guest. Climatic AC units available only in the rooms, all the rest of the hotel: reception, restaurant, breakfast area, are without any AC, so humide and hot.We had 3 days of canicule, and we ask for some ice to take in the room as there was no fridge, but we were refused by a guy from the restaurant. Incredible how the guests are treated. The only moment they smile is once you come to pay your bill. I just took some time to decide to write an review, but I think it is important management to know about it and do something to improve. Hopefully!

Did not take Breakfast. Room was excellent in both cleanliness and quiet location at the back of the Hotel. So good we made another booking for later in the month.

The breakfast is good and everybody will find his favorite food. The staff is very friendly but often speak only French.I didn't test the indoor pool.

The building is old and needs a renovation. Everything is working but a lot of small damages. But I stayed only in two different rooms. Most of the staff at the reception talks no or poor English. Some are able to speak Spanish. To get a reservation for the restaurant is always difficult.

The aircondition system was not working that day and we had 22 degrees during the day. That was not good.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast; we profited from the heated indoor pool and the hammam to relax.

A nice place to stop for the time we were there. the breakfast was well presented .

Despite having our UK passes we were not allowed to dine in the restaurant in the evening , although that was where we had breakfast in the morning 2 days, A strange twist on the covid rules.

Average modern hotel more suited to business than holidays. No luxury, run of the mill accommodation. Evening meal OK and breakfast.

Bed not comfortable. Lightino OK. Bathroom very small but adequate. Small balcony off room looking on to car park.

Very helpful staff and a great location. The pool area was exceptional and we stayed there for most of the day. Good varied breakfast and nothing was too much trouble.
