Nice, renovated hotel with spa and view over the town

A nice hotel in a good area. It has a decent size pool outdoors. And various facilities for treatment indoors. The massage was very good, the therapists were careful and knew how to alleviate pains. The hotel could do with some renovation though.

I booked a double room and I got an amazing apartment! Two bathrooms, two balconies, excellent size both, amazing view, super location, friendly staff.

It was all good. Zacusca was one morning sour, though...also, in Baile Herculane there are lots of one-day excursions and tourists from other hotels were given takeaway breakfasts, as the departures are sometimes early morning so you don't have enough time to eat breakfast properly. Would have been nice if I got one too, but I wasn't offered. Truth is, I didn't ask, either. Maybe in the future you will offer your guests this curtesy too. Thank you!

we got free brakfast and dinner. the food was very good. the staff was exceptional. the pool was clean. the location was very good.

Not the hotel's fault: alot of stone steps to climb to return to the hotel, as it is the highest one up the hill.Waiting endlessly for inadequate number of elevators

If we ever go back there it will be thanx to the male staff at the reception Nico and Cosmin who went above and beyond to make up for for a number of issues that were far from Reasonable.

1.The narrow road that lead to the hotel. It designed for one car only.absolutely awful, 2. one lift didnt work at all. The 2 lifts are one is tiny for 4 ppl only the other one simply wasnt good enough. With hotel as up as 10-12. Stories high very large hotel the lifts are rediculos. 3. The restaurant of the hotel- well to sum up - to conclude that a chef who serves such food must go home it was embarrassing. One dish arrived after 30 minutes -cold, was returned to the kitchen was delayed again another 20 minutes i gave up it was unbearable .my husbands dish was viscous and completely inedible . 4. I came to Baile Herculane for the sulfur water and on sunday it open in the hotel only 2 hours. Are you Serious ??? . The old outdated hotel with failing method that doesnt suitable for our time we didnt like it and we certainly wont be back.

Good quiality breakfast for the money... overall good quality vs. paid amount

1. Breakfast related - the bread could be better quality for sure2. No extra blankets by default in the room3. Pillow quality can be improved (they are too soft even for my taste) and they are only 2 (maybe add a second set of pillows for the ones that like larger or tougher ones)4. Food quality at the Classic restaurant can be improved for sure and maybe add some new dishes (more diverse)

In the morning we had no running water in our room. The restaurant in the evening was really loud, at first we tought it was a privat event. It's sad as this is one of the biggest hotels in the area. On Mondays the spa only opens later in the day (after checkout) Definitely was not worth the money.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bacolux Diana, but what really made the difference was the professionalism and kindness of the staff.➡️ At the restaurant, Geta and Roxana offered impeccable service – attentive, fast, always smiling and very caring. They made us feel like special guests!➡️ At the reception, Albert and Cosmin were extremely kind and well prepared. Hassle-free check-in and check-out, everything clearly explained, always available to help us with anything.The rooms are clean and comfortable, the spa area very pleasant, but the staff is the soul of the place. Thank you for your hospitality!We will definitely come back!

The maintenance is bad, really bad everywhere you go nothing is mainteined.

Great location and view, nice staff, good breakfast and dinner.

Parking is too small for the hotel, but you can find a nearby spot where to park; the pool is really crowded and water is just warm, not thermal. Sometimes very busy in the restaurant.

Location, Breakfast, Diner was very good. SPA facilities were OK.

The elevators need urgently a better software (in order to manage the requests). The water temeprature should be warmer, espscially in the outside pool.

The restaurant was perfect. We served breakfast and dinner and we have a deep respect for the staff that offered us very good meals in very good conditions. The food was well prepared and various. The attitude of the staff was full of attention for us. We want to thank them once again for their service.The staff in the reception office was kind and helpful. It was a pleasure to dialogue with them. They were able to answer all our questions and we really appreciated their attitude.The cleaning staff on the floor was very efficient and kind. Manu thanks to them. The team was very hardworking and efficient.The location is wonderful. We mean there is no other hotel in BH beneficiating of a better location.

The hotel was full, really full. The elevators were not able to serve the solicitations in a good time. Sometimes we had to wait 15 minutes or more for an elevator.The black point of the resort was the inside pool. Too small for so many people. But, some people that accessed it (unfortunately too many) was badly educated: they drank wine into the pool, they spat and squeezed their noses in the pool water. and these aspects were disgusting. Moreover, the pool was overcrowd. This aspect requires deep improvement.

The noisy people who get up early in the morning and decide it is a good thing to talk loudly on the hallway in front of other people's door for 20 minutes

The staff from the reception and restaurant were very professional and nice.

The bed was not comfortable with a big dip on the sides and a bump in the middle. The shower drain was nearly blocked so we had a footbath while showering. The music from the next door hotel was far too loud and yet our hotel put on more music by the pool, to compete in the overall sound pollution. We only came there to break our road trip for the night however we realise that a lot of people seem to enjoy that kind of setup for their holiday. Sorry but this wasn't for us.
