Amazing view from the balcony of our room. Great dinner with local dishes. Breakfast was good but not a lot of fruits and variety. Loved the spa area after our hiking.

Breakfast was very good with good selection, every day was same options but plentiful, only complaint is it started at 7:30 which is late for an early day of skiing
Timing of breakfast only, 7:30 is too late for an early day of skiing, everything else was great
It is a beautiful hotel with all around views on the Dolomites. Value for money, especially half-board is excellent.
Location, wellness, food ;)
Bed old, to soft, needs updating.
Service was excellent, food actually very good, and we paid got an upgrade to a better room which was worth it. 5 star views.
I know it's a 3 star hotel, room was quite smelly, may have had a dog in there before? It was pretty dark, but nice balcony with good views. No air con, but none of the hotels seem to have over here.
The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Particular thanks to Carlo for his guided excursions. Issued with a free bus pass which made travelling much easier. We ate in the hotel every night and the food was great. Lovely breakfast too. The pool and spa facilities were clean and easy to access. The area is beautiful.
Very comfortable hotel with pool and SPA. Large car park in the front of hotel, even huge garage.Kind and helpful staff. It’s worth buying dinner - delicious, local cuisine.
Really beautiful place to stay. Views were gorgeous, staff very friendly and accommodating. Our breakfasts and dinners were delicious and the lady serving our meals and taking care of us in particular (I wished I'd asked for her name) was absolutely fantastic. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.
Two separate doonas on a king size bed.
The personnel was super nice, the food was good and the spa confortable.
I just would recommend to have the pool climatized as the water was cold.
Good access to skiing and relaxing stay with 2 meals a day included. Spa was also great.
A bit dated though part of the charm.
First, the Ladin dinner with the music is good. Second, the owner of the hotel introduced to me the famous Saint Joseph Church and drove me to the church for a visit with no charges. And the view of the mountains from the church was excellent.
nil
Nice location, good parking and nice staff.
Poor price/quality ratio. The single room is really small, old equipment. A high soft mattress on the bed - uncomfortable. In the bathroom were some dark hair (not mine). Price per dog 25 euro/night
Great location for several day tour opportunities, kind and ready to help staff and nice pool/sauna department.
Quality equipment, otherwise in need of renovations, very pleasant and friendly staff, extremely clean, solid breakfast
breakfast solid, unfortunately few fruits and no vegetables
The wellness centre was an unexpected surprise. After a long day on the slopes it was nice to come back and be able to use the steam room, sauna, plunge pool, spa, and the best relaxation water bed. The included breakfast was generous and had good variety. A wonderful view from the front of the building and lots of car parks.
Unfortunately the ceiling in our room had water coming through it so we had to move rooms. Sadly the room we were moved to did not have the spectacular view we previously had nor did it have WiFi. The complaint was met with another larger room but it did not suffice what I wanted. I did request a refund so that we could leave and go elsewhere but that was denied. During our visit there was a snowstorm and the drive was not cleared until the afternoon 16:35. This made accessing the property challenging as some vehicles could not drive up without sliding. Unfortunately our vehicle was hit by the snow clearer and suffered minor damage. The hotel did take responsibility but I feel the car park and drive should have been cleared earlier on.
Friendly, kind personel. Beautiful, peaceful wellness with water beds and heated crystal stones bed in silent room. Large inner pool. Excellent food.
One finnish sauna is not sufficient for as large hotel. The opening time of the wellness center should be extended.
very clean and great service. Andreas is a great host.
nothing it was great
Location. Quality of fixtures and fittings. Quality of breakfast and dinner. Friendliness of staff working in the restaurant, on the reception and cleaning the rooms. Very, very impressive overall
Our room was on the second floor and we did experience some noise transfer mainly from the room and balcony above us and the balconies to either side but there is a lot of wood in the building's structure with wooden floors (carpeted) and wooden fixtures and fittings so this was not surprising and exacerbated probably by our preference for going to sleep at 9.30, instead of 11.00, as with most guests.
