The spa and the meals.

Poor internet. Had to sit in the hallway to use. Insufficient heating (rm 101) uncomfortable blankets. Would have liked bigger softer warmer blankets, strong internet and some HEAT!

Amazing staff throughout, especially the ladies at the front desk - wonderful !!

In the spa I did a 50 min massage, not the best, felt really rushed.

Staff were brilliant - all the waiting staff and receptionists were a credit to the Hotel. Location just outside Badia Abtei in a quieter spot vs some of the larger, more famous Dolomites towns - but not more than 20min drive away to Passo Gardena etc. Food quality very good for the all-inclusive price and excellent spread for Breakfast and Dinner. Pool and Spa very good - could maybe do with some more beds in the Spa as it was fairly busy if you didn't get a lounger early.

Room was on the colder side, few bathroom bits wouldn't dry throughout the week despite visiting in Summer etc. But we never checked with the desk to rectify so assume would have been easily resolved if we'd have bothered to ask - very minor.

Breakfast is good, afternoon snack is thoughtful. Shuttle service is very convenient. Friendly staffs.

The breakfast is a self serve buffet; with nice options, cereals, coffee/espresso to order, etc...If you book the half board which includes dinner; I considered the dinners absolutely fantastic- some of the best meals of my life/ white tablecloth affair/ with a fabulous salad bar/roasted vegetable bar followed by dinner (dinner is pre-ordered with choice of appetizer, main, desert).... ALSO, the steam bath/sauna/health facility is peaceful, clean, and rejuvenating

Our hotel was ideal. Amazing staff, comfortable and clean rooms, wonderful amenities and perfect location. Could not ask for a better place to stay.

Eva was incredibly helpful even before we arrived, suggesting transport options to get to Badia. We arrived at the property and Eva gave us a free upgrade to a superior room which was incredible! It was so spacious and had a huge balcony overlooking the gardens and mountains. The evening restaurant and buffets each morning were great and had a wide selection of quality food. The accommodation also provides free access to; indoor pool, tennis court, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, aromatherapy room, foot baths and more. the spa rooms were incredible. We had an amazing stay and didn't want to leave!

Excellent hotel with beautiful garden and outside terrace, perfect for quiet evening drink. Amazing food: rich breakfast, tasty 3-course dinner (seabass pasta was pure perfection) and nice afternoon snack made our stay one of the best hotel experiences. Inside pool, sauna and whirlpool (inside and another one in the garden) is everything you need after long day od hiking or skiing. Staff is very friendly and give their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Big thanks to Iva for great hiking advice, we had the best time in Alta Badia!

We booked this hotel to recharge after two weeks of hiking and camping in the Dolomites. From the welcoming at the reception untill the elaborate breakfast: everything was wonderful! The spa and pool section were clean and beautiful, there were 3-4 choices for each course of the 3-course-diner and a hot and cold salad buffet, the best scrambled eggs we ever had at the breakfast buffet and the whole staff always greeted us with a smile. Thank you so much!

Literally so flash, so comfortably best place I’ve ever stayed, Valentino the host was a g, best customer service I’ve ever seen genuinely deserves the world, food was all included and was amazing.

Nothing it was perfect.

Fantastic location, pleasant traditional interior, attentive staff and delicious half board options.

We loved it here. The room was clean, the personnel was friendly and helpful. There are alot of great facilities inside the hotel and the atmosphere is cozy.

Breakfast was delicious. For summer, the location is fine. For winter, I would prefer a walking distance to the nearest ski lift.

The only thing I disliked is the size of my room. Too small.

We were in Teresa before, everything was very nice and we returned. Good breakfast, good dinner, pool, saune, very friendly staf everywhere, in the restoran, bar, at the reception. Thank you for everything and see you again.

Great food for both breakfast and dinner. In half board there was also snack included around 4PM. Staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. Our dog even got a little present at arrival which was really thoughtful.
