Great location with beautiful views of the lake! Awesome spa facilities! Super friendly staff! The food at the restaurant was amazing and we really enjoyed breakfast and dinner! Highly recommend!

Both the hotel and restaurant staff were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. Location is beautiful being located right on the lake and close to local attractions.

i liked the location, the rooms and all the facilities in general. The pool area i s very beautiful!!! Breakfast is rich with extra free of charge options.

The quality of the food at the restaurant could improve. The room is old fashioned but it is ok, nothing exceptional.

Staff at the restaurant was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Sauna area was nice. Very well reachable with public transport.

Missing wellness program or offerings, no mention about this at arrival. No room cleaning service and no communication about it. Missing information at check in. Not a 4-star quality. Quite old interior.

That there was no clock in the spa Area as well as no bell to inform the staff of, for example, more cups for the tea etc.

Location was really lovely with plenty of places to walk and enjoy the scenery, both down by the lake and in the hills above the town. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The layout of the room with the television above the bed was a bit weird and the bedside light did not work as a reading lamp.

The location is fantastic and the swimming pool and sauna facilities are great. The staff are friendly and the meals at the hotel were very good

The comfort of the bed and the one pillow provided was terrible. I asked for a replacement pillow for the 2nd night which was a lot better

The location and view from our balcony was wonderful. The room was clean, however the floors are old and show the wear. The food for breakfast was good, especially the food from the menu, this was likely the best part of the hotel.

There was an odour coming from the shower drain that was not corrected, the chair on the terrace was broken in half and not corrected - this should have been caught by staff. The spa facilities were limited to 1 sauna, the steam room and the supposed winter room (it was cold, the "snow" was hard and had not been refreshed for days.) The hot tub was cold. This was extremely disappointing as this was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. The grounds could be better kept, the beer garden itself had a lot of weeds and the outdoor kitchen facilities were used for storage making it look poor (even if not used). When in the bar area, management should look up to see all the cob webs on the lights - looks like halloween decorations during the evening.

The facility was nice and clean, right next to the beautiful lake.

The location, right on the lake shore, is absolutely stunning. The breakfast is served on a terrace over looking the lake, which is beautiful. The breakfast was filling and what you would expect from a hotel buffet.

The rooms are very basic. For the price we paid I would have expected more.

30% of the sauna area wasn’t working the way it should be, but that’s oke somethimes things breakdown…

The hotel is situated directly on the Tegernseer Lake. Having Diner and Breakfast on a warm summer day on the terrace directly near the lake. The view was magnificent. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The location at lake Tegernsee is outstanding. Maybe that’s the only plus. However, be aware that not all premium rooms are facing the lake.

Given the fact that this is a four star hotel, i would expect professionally staff and a sense of hospitality. Our welcome and check in experience started with no “welcome” and only with the words “what’s your name”. The breakfast buffet was almost empty when we arrived at 9.30. no refill of bread and fruits after we asked for it. The checkout was without any warm words, and we payed out two rooms separately and with 10 minutes in between. So the response of the staff was „how should I know that you payed already the other room?“ Maybe because it’s your job?Being there as a wedding guest felt not welcoming at all.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the location right on the water with beach access and next to a water sports rental shop.

Nice location on the lake and their wellness centre was mostly good. Staff were helpful.

My room was not very nice. Small, dated decor, no kettle to make a cup of tea, looked out to a big muddy paddock over the road. Also the hot tub in the wellness centre wasn't hot!

Greta location, very nice restaurant with large outside terrace, very nice pool and sauna area

Unfortunately, our towels were not replaced although we hung the respective sign on our room door.
