Pros +
- Friendly staff and a great location. Hotel facilities really nice felt like a cosy home from home.
- As such a cozy house..
- This place is beautiful! Great location, there is parking, nice breakfast and super friendly staff.
Cons -
- The hotel had construction work with scaffolding around the exterior and construction noise during the day. We did not receive any prior notice of this work before arriving. The hotel staff didn't even apologise for the inconvenience of the work happening during our holiday.
- Construction site of the building (wasn't stated anywhere) and that was the view from the pool... Receptionist was very old-school conservative and not customer-cetric, breakfast was ok, but all in all it was way too expensive for what it was. Would probably go back if no renovation and if rooms were half the price of what we paid.
- The only thing we less like is the request at the reception of 40€ for the exstra bed (for a child). On the other hand, eventually, they didn't charge us for it, and they kept the bed in the room. So, no complaints!

Very nice hotel with a nice breakfastHotel did their best to rectify the wrong information about the room provided by Booking.com
Whole experience was spoiled by Booking.com. I booked a room with two double beds but the hotel doesn’t have such rooms. The hotel went out of their way to deal with the error by giving me a single bedroom in addition to the room booked but it was small and musty.Lift was a bit like a fairground ride
Mrs Ziegelbauer & Team always make a stay memorable. Natural friendliness, impeccable eye for detail and fantastic service is what you find here. A place to enjoy "Gastfreundschaft" and return to over the years.
