Staff was amazing. Manja was very kind and super friendly as well as very customer focused. Room (Delux) was wonderful, very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We loved the location.

Bedsheet had a stain when we checked in and wasn't changed. Otherwise it was clean. A free bottle of water would be nice. They charge 3.50 even for the first bottle. A bit stingy.

Lovely apartment with 2 rooms, great beds, lounge area with TV and nice bathroom. All very modern and well kept. Clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location is great and very close to the lake and to cafes and restaurants.

The walls/floors are a little thin and you can hear your neighbours.

Great location, facilities, and value

Didn't love that there was no one on the front desk at 5.30pm - room key was left in an envelope. That's great, but I had to wait for another guest to leave before I could actually get into the building. 5.30pm is hardly out of hours check in.

The hotel was incredibly clean, comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were kind and helpful in providing ideas on what to do and where to go. It's less than 5 mins walk to the lake. It's peaceful and calm. A wonderful place to be for unwinding, with lots of activities to do.

Everything was great... perfect location at the lake yet close enough for visiting Munchen....clean spacious rooms, nicely decorated during the holiday season, convenient parking, great dinner options in the close vicinity, quiet surroundings, small kitchen in the apartment , regular daily cleaning of the room

Breakfast is ok but nothing special, no smart TV

A good room, large balcony, comfortable beds, great shower and space to manoeuvre and store your things. Breakfast was top class and can be taken outside, car parking was on site and easy. The bus stop is close by, 3 minutes to the lake and ferry jetty. Bike hire is also close by, lots of choice for evening meals, you won't starve here ?The staff are really very good, very nice people and go out of their way to be helpful ?

We would have appreciated some form of coffee or tea machine in the room and it was very warm during our stay so air conditioning would have been a bonus.

Well positioned, private parking

No air cooling, noisy breakfast (personnel), poor coffee, nothing special, no extra backery.

Clean contemporary rooms with big balconies, homelike atmosphere, nice cosy lounge/ library where we watched a football game with other guests, very attentive staff, good breakfast at the restaurant with outdoor terraces.

The bathroom has to have more hooks and shelves for toiletries, slippers or gowns weren’t provided, the hair dryer didn’t work.

Friendly Staff, good breackfast and very comfortable and clean rooms.

Breakfast was excellent and every day they had sth new added.

I had requested lake view and after getting confirmation I didn’t get it. That was a bit disappointing especially since I got the explanation on check out.

great breakfast considering it’s COVID-19, i could request boiled eggs and croissants. nice spread of cheese and ham too.comfortable beds and big windows.

for the price we paid, i expected conditioner for my hair and also shampoo not combined with body wash.
