Nice indoor outdoor pool. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff

Retro flair, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, with warm dishes, warm bread,bacon, eggs, waffles, homemade jam, but the coffee was terrible. The variety of saunas. On arrival day the wellness are my be used as of 10 am and oncheck out day as late as 4pm. Lots of space to to relax and a wealth of available lounge seating. Very rural atmosphere. 50% off the eurotherme ticket. Plenty of free parking across the street.

Wellness area in general was very small. Although the Hotel has no oversight in spa etiquette, it very poor. No slippers, no towels in the sauna is just unhygienic. The showers didn't work properly in the sauna. No smart TV for a 4 star hotel is just outdated. The stay was overpriced, considering how small the wellness area is, and the hotel itself needs some upgrading. I wouldn't stay here again, it'd be cheaper to stay elsewhere and just go to the eurotherme.

There is a hotel with restaurant, why I choose it because of possibility to get warm food after longer working day and not seach for another option outside, but kitchen was closed already at 9 p.m. Bar and restaurant served only drinks.

Very large room with balcony, nicely furnished. Interesting details. Large bathroom too. Bed comfortable.Spa zone perfect. All saunas top. Swimming out to the open part of the swimming pool great pleasure.Lot of deck chairs and places to rest inside spa. The reception provides you with bathrobe and towels.Breakfast good.Nice bar. Also cigar lounge available.Safe parking in garage on site, 5 euro fee reasonable.The whole staff kind and helpful.

Nothing significant

We have been in this hotel for the 3rd time and everything was perfect as always. Since the last year the rooms are renovated, at least ours was, it was very wonderful and cozy.

There could be more glasses for brushing teeth in the bathroom. It was a room for 4 people but there was just 1 glass in the bathroom. But it was just a detail.

Spa, Pool and Sauna were great.

Comfy clean room, great breakfast, good facilities.

Walking distance from therme, own swimmingpool and Spa. Not far from food stores. Clean. you can purchase VIP tickets for the Eurotherme.

It is rather rare to find a parking place directly in front of the hotel- town centre. But two large parking places are quite close.

Very great hotel in the middle of a beautiful spa town, nice and helpful staff, wonderful restaurant, great breakfast with a big choice, super swimming pool with warm water, cozy and spacious room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. I’ll surely return to this hotel.

breakfast and dinner were great (good quality and proper sizes) and the room was spacious

we had 2 big disappointment: 1: If you pay 300 EUR+ for a room you expect internet... working wifi in 2022... it didn't happen and we learned it is a structural problem... we were even ready to pay for it.. but we learned it is not about money.. it doesn't exist and the extra bed coverage was prepared for a fakir:) (during washing the material didn't get smooth and ... you can imagine how well you can sleep in a stone bed;)

The hotel is located xlose to the thermal bath. They have a pool as well.Breakfast was nice, and there is a restaurant for lunch and dinner as well.The staff is really kind and helpful.

Rooms are a bit dated.

Spacious room, clean facilities, bonus was the balcony. The most surprising were the treats for our dog. Breakfast was good, quite a rich Auswahl. The pool and spa Bereich is superb! Endless posibillities for a fantastic chill.

Beds were way too hard and the pillows not good either.

- the location is perfect in the town center and 5 min walk to the big park and the thermal waterpark- room was big and good equiped- breakfast was usual for this region- staff was very friendly- good pool

Family with two teenagers. we visited bad scharellbach for the thermal park, in which was great as well.this hotel is amazing and most recommended by us.The staff, the food, location , room, spa, etc.everything was just perfect.We enjoed it so much so we chose to come back and stay the last day of the tour in the hotel again.

We have visited for the second time in the last few years and both times the stay was excellent. Hotel has spacious family rooms, great food, wellness, indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Suitable for all ages, accommodates greatly for kids. Only short walking distance to Aquapulco with a possibility to buy VIP tickets directly at the hotel. Special touch this stay was Easter bowls with sweets for each kid staying at the hotel during Easter hidden in the lobby with kids names on them.
