Breakfast was good. Dinner was OK. Well maintained old Kur hotel.

We had to park quite a ways from the hotel at public parking and walk back to the hotel. Fortunately the weather was pretty good.

Amazing spa water, very clean spa ..

Parkplatz; should be defined clearly. I parked the public Parkplatz near to 150m from hotel. But it was complicated to understand where I need to parking at the beginning.

Spa is great, tidy and clean room.

The location (town) gets even worse, not enough working eateries around, so we hoped to get proper food in the hotel restaurant. We’ve been unpleasantly surprised that restaurant offered only one fish dish for the dinner, which we couldn’t eat. No a-la carte menu. We left one night earlier than we booked hungry and annoyed. Funny enough that receptionist hadn’t even asked why we’re leaving, doesn’t seem she even cares. It was a good hotel under previous management.

Kadija at the reception gave us first in class customer service, she was extremely pleasant and helpful during both the check-in and the check-out process.

It seems that every guests in the hotel checked out at the same time on the Sunday which lead to a frustrating 45mins+ waiting line. I would recommend the hotel to offer complementary late check-out to some guests instead to spread out the check-out line, as well as to automatise the check-out with a digital option to do a self-check out like many hotels have adopted.

Excellent food, friendly staff, nice welness area, clean rooms.

Rooms are a bit old-fashioned.

Loved the spa with its 8 or so steam rooms and saunas. The breakfast was exquisite and the selection very wide. The venison, quail and scallops were had for dinner were superb. The owner and staff very pleasant and welcoming. Everything was just so easy.

Can’t think of anything

Very relaxing stay at this wonderful hotel. Very nice spa area, spacious room, excellent breakfast, great hiking possibilities just next door, easy parking. This was my second stay and would definitely recommend & return myself.

The breakfast spread was very generous with lots to pick from. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were quite a few guests that were smoking - which was quite disturbing. Would be great if there was a seperate corner for the smokers to sit.

Wonderful spa hotel but there is no air conditioning

The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning. Also the beds are extremely firm

Lovely hotel, perfectly located in the centre of the village, view from the rooms to the picturesque courtyard with flowers. Comfortable room, excellent dinner and breakfast, very friendly staff.

getting in and out of the car park is a bit tricky

Spa facilities are great and so was the staff and breakfast. Rooms and Bathrooms are big and very clean. There are small touches like free seasonal apples and sweets/water in the room. Lovely roof terrace with plenty of chairs and umbrellas.

The overall feedback for the hotel is that decor of the hotel is very outdated. I appreciate it may be hard for family run hotel to fund big renovations, but I think it will really benefit the hotel.

Everything was great: very helpful and friendly staff, the room, facilities, breakfast. We had a very nice spa break with my friends and definitely would recommend this hotel.

Excellent Spa, pool with an amazing breakfast. The breakfast was amazing with nice variety of cold and hot food. The SPA rooms were also awesome withe different temperatures and fragrances. The swimming pool was also decent. The room was decent size with a nice bathroom.

The bed was making lot of sound every time u move so that was disapointing. The ventilation in room could have been better also there was some smell when we entered. There was construction going on which was annoying. I would say it is little overprices as they charge u additonaly for parking (10 euro) and pets (14 Euro). The town does not have much eating option in afternoon and in evening everything gets closed except few restraunts.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We weren't able to check in on our first day, but they allowed us to extend for one day. Arranging spa treatments was also very easy and convenient. The restaurant staff was also amazing. It really seemed like they love what they do. Highly recommend.

The hotel over exceeded our expectations. We booked mainly due to the swimming pool and it turned out the water came from hot spring 2300 m under. Small town for relaxing with number of good restaurants nearby.Highly recommended!

Very nice staff, friendly and always ready to help you. Great facilities, we camed already for the second time and it's not finished?

Everything was perfect, great location, great staff and facilities. For sure we will come back.

I must say, the best Hotel I ever stayed at. Clean, comfortable, great fun and furnishings more than outstanding restaurant and breakfast, friendly staff. All in all a GREAT hotel !!!
