Pros +
- Very good location, nice scenery and world class food in the restaurant.
- Very nice Hotel, friendly staff, excellent Breakfast, very clean room.
- An excellent hotel in a very good location. A very comfortable, spacious room and comfortable beds. Everything was spotlessly clean. Outstanding breakfast with a very good choice and homemade jams and cake. Evening meals were also very good indeed, The couple who run the hotel could not have been more pleasant, attentive and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel. Bad Bertrich is interesting and ideal for a quiet, relaxed stay. There is good walking and cycling in the local area. We would have tried the spa baths (reasonably priced) but regrettably had not packed swimming trunks - if you go then we suggest that you take some with you.
Cons -
- There was nothing at all that we disliked.
- The room would have benefited from air conditioning, and there wasn’t a tea/coffee tray.
- Only accepts cash, no credit card with limited options for banks to get cash.

Breakfast excellent, staff happy and helpful, super room, good location. We didn’t have time to visit the thermal baths though. Dinner was great too!

The lady at the counter was so kind and helpful. She is worth visiting this property again.

Relaxing atmosphere, great location and helpful host. On my own as a solo motorcyclist in a single spacious room. Very clean and fresh bedding on third night. Would make a great romantic stay. Hotel food was fabulous both breakfast and evening meals. There eateries a short walk if you want something different. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay
Very friendly personal, exceptional breakfast with many hand-made products.
