all were very good
The area was good, not far from the train station and from the thermal baths
Very uncomfortable bed and pillow. Poor customer service.
Kind staff and received a free of charge upgrade to a bigger room after I didn't fit in the first bed
I stayed in many hotels on my trip and this one had the best pillow by far!
My only criticisms have to do with the shower (it had only a curtain and no liner so the water leaked through the curtain onto the floor) and the noise (as there is no air-conditioning I had to sleep with the windows open). Everything else was pleasant.
The hotel is convenient for reaching Therme and the staff is very nice!
