Flair Hotel Schwanen

We had a very pleasant stay. The family room had ample space for 2 kids and 2 adults. It was very clean, comfortable, and ideally located for a family with young kids. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Resturant food was excellent as well. All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

Charming classical land hotel in the middle of the village. Comfortable clean and friendly, and a super breakfast buffet for a good price.

Bed is very good. The rooms are really nice. The breakfast is good with quality products. A good positive energy in this hotel

Staff breakfast is short minded. French couple arrived, 1 good quality croissant was left. Service woman doesn't think to put some more maybe...? Woman is bringing guests to the place she wants and has no feeling/clu of her guests preferences ... But overall very good and nice

Simple but felt homely and friendly

I would have liked access to an iron.Also, the hotel was not staffed when I arrived, you have to enter a key into a keypad on the wall and I couldn't work out what button the '#' was! I had to ring the button but it was answered and resolved.

The room was bigger than we expected and very nice. The room also had a balcony with a view on the mountain and the town. Parking was easy, close by and in front of the hotel. We enjoyed the dinner in the garden.

Room was very clean, comfortable, spacious, air con was great as it was so hot. Staff friendly. Good breakfast. Would definitely go back.

Restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, which is when we stayed. Would have been good to know beforehand but not an issue as we found somewhere nearby. Menu looked good.

The food (dinner and breakfast) was great. Air-conditioning was good. Usually noisy, but in this hotel not at all. Staff very friendly.

Some furniture outdated with stains on the seating in the restaurant. So could use a refresh.

Location just over the border from Switzerland and close enough to the highway for a good one night stop on our travels home.

Value for money makes no sense at all. It’s a 3 star hotel, facilitairs, service, food yet we paid almost €300 for 1 night stay + dinner in restaurant which was just 2 main courses and a child’s meal.

Good restaurant in the hotel. Proper beds and clean room. Although there is a trainstation close to the hotel we did not hear anything during our stay

The property is really ice and quite. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast was nice!

It was really warm and no airco in the rooms

Very quiet, convenient, good secure storage for bicycle. Good breakfast. Good standard.

Centrally located, traditional, clean, lovely breakfast buffet !

The place is close to the highway, but far enough not to hear its noise (there is a train line behind the building, but it is fensed). Large, clean and recently renovated room with spacious bathroom, excellent shower, bidet. A/C was very quiet. The restaurant of the house is to recommend. At the same time reakfast is quite simple and basic. Personnel was nice.

The only thing to keep in mind is there is no elevator in the building to get to the 1 and 2nd floors where the rooms are.

hotel is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. perfect stopover on long journeys.

The breakfast was quite adequate. The coffee was especially good!!! On the weekend it seemed there was a bit more options. The cereal choices were great for me and the eggs were hot everyday. And Ms. Nancy was very efficient.

Maybe let the guest know if they can make a special order for their eggs, we were there several days before we found out it was possible.

A cosy hotel, comfortable room, you feel like home. Deliciuos food at a restaurant. Nice park nearby.
