Troia Residences - Apartamentos Marina

Everything. Spacious, more apartment than hotel room. It would be great for a longer stay. Really great value and I will be back.

Location

No worth the price. Old infrastructure, not properly maintained some examples meaning oven not working properly, lamps broken, no proper cleaning,,... no alternative was given to solve the issues even due it is the end of the season in Troia and infrastructures were empty except a few visitors like us. Technician came to solve the broken lamps problems, but that's it.First time in one of the infrastructures of the Editory but certainly the last one.Not worth a four star, certainly not in Portugal.

Great staff and very friendly. The amenities were truly great.

They need better pillows. They are really soft.

In kitchen toolkit some accesories like vegy peeler would be very appretiated. Lift was broken and during two week stay, no one payed attention. No protection mesh from mosquitos, so had to sleep with air condioner on.

The location, the parking accesses and possibilities, the key code to enter the building gives additional protection to the users.Near access to Beach and other commodities.

The reception working hours should be better adapted to the location where the apartments are.The possibility of having B&B could be better exploited.The smell that was coming from trash bin shows that the cleaning activity prior to our arrival was not done perfectly, the malfunction of the blinds, no blinds at all on the front facing windows.

The location was very good. Right next to the ferry and restaurants. Away from the city's noise but close enough to the attractions.

The cleaning of the room wasn't consistent. Also, if the property manager wants the tenants to wash dishes, please provide a detergent.

Spacious (two-level) Apartment. Bright and modern interior. Kitchen with all amenities. Bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Second bath rooms at entry level. Including parking spot in garage. Two TV-sets (Dinner and bed room).

Some final touch (repairing balcony door; fixing some curtains, etc.,…) required. But no problem during stay.

Disappointing

Check in was unfriendly. Appartement Clean but the House and Public area was very dirty.

The location is amazing. We were attending an event that was happening very near the apartment. Other things like drugstore and supermarket were extremely easy to access too. The apartment facilities were very spacious.

When we arrived the living room was dusty. Especially near the couch area. Some lamps were missing the light bulbs so they were not working. The bathroom has a problem with the showerbox. Since it's a half box, the floor gets very wet next to it. The toilet lid was broken but we managed to put it back in place from time to time. And in the bathroom area we had our biggest problem that was the sink hole cover. It got stuck when one of us used it and it was horrible to open it up again. It seems it is lacking maintenance for quite some time. Plus, two of the shower towels that were supposed to be clean were very dirty and smelly. On the master bedroom the shades does not work properly since the sunlight comes through it pretty easily.

It was comfortable and accommodated all our basic needs.

We were at a loss on how to find bed sheets and pillow for the extra bed (we were three people and had an extra bed in the living room).

The apartment was very big, cleaned regularly, and located amazing.You should pick up keys at troia residence hotel - which is really not a problem - 6 mins from the apartment. Area is very green.

It was hard to check in because I didn't realise I had to go to a separate hotel owned by the same company. I had no idea where the hotel was

Could be good if apartment was maintained better, shower leaking, broken handle on balcony door, preventing sea view

Long walk to another property to collect keys, not stated on booking. Com and contact number is for another person, so no number for accommodation management

Relaxing and really quiet, suppose I stayed here in April. Rooms are super clean.

This is not something I enjoyed as it's a complex and designated area where you're stuck in the same location.

Location was great, restaurant was brilliant.

Payed more than the last three trips and got an inferior room with two single beds, had to complain and again had payed less before and got a better room.

Fantastic view, amazing service, great food nearby.

The floors are a bit old and worn out. But the bed was very comfy and the assistance to adjust the AC was very good ontime.

Very well situated with view overlooking marina and gardens. Parking underground very useful but not easy to find.

Better information about location if parking and access from garage to apartment not explained or signposted or indicated in any way. Cooking equipment very minimal. Enormous saucepan and little else. Request for extra items handled by reception which was helpful and solved some problems. Design appears to be more important than functionality in many areas of this apartment.

The actual apartment was fabulous. However trying to find it or where to check in was a nightmare. Nowhere does it tell you to go to the hotel, which is a totally different location! Also in the car park there are no signs as to where to go. Very poor!!!

The apartment is very well located, it has an amazing view from the balcony. Staff is very friendly. Restaurants are just below the apartment.

Wifi is slow. TV is very old and small, there is a DVD player and even a 20 year old cassette player for music. It really needs an update. You can't access editory pool or gym. Next time I prefer to stay in editory hotel instead of these apartments.

The location, beach and view was good.

The Staff that attended me forgot to update the card to enter the apartment. It meant that we entered the garage carried all bags and then could not get in. Back in the car to the hotel. Unfortunately the staff member did not dignify herself to apologise and obviously thought this was completely normal.
