Hygiene is not a priority here!

The toilet in the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Dirty finger marks on all cupboard doors. One would expect a spa hotel to pay more attention to hygiene!

A very modern, clean and spacious hotel with excellent food and beverage facilities. Sports facilities are high end as well.

Breakfast was great. Many walks to do from the hotel.

Small wellness area.. fully charged, but not everything was working. Restaurant not from the hotel, make sure to reserve.

Very modern, comfortable, easy to access and easy of use hotel. I had a large, modern room with an en suite bathroom, that had a large shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby. The room was very quiet. Breakfast and the starters I ate were very tasty and with great variety. They have a bike room that is locked. Cars can be parked on premise close to the bike storage room. I was able to shower in the fitness dressing room after my bike ride and before driving home! Perfect! Underneath the hotel is a very large bike shop with a bike repair garage. Perfect. Sauna and pool in the hotel are nice and modern.

I missed a bike cleaning place where you could hose off your bike

Well equipped hotel, the Gym is fantastic (but avoid scheduled hours if you want to workout alone). Breakfast was very good.

The bar staff and including the waiters in the restaurant take you for granted. They do not even look at you when serving the drink and food. In Belgium, we are used to impolite waiters, but here as a guest in the hotel, I would have expected a bit more appreciation. The wellness section could be better. The problem is that there is no cold water pool after the sauna, and the douche was not enough to cool myself down.

The gym is quite nice and well appointed

The bed was quite shabby, based on the pictures I expected to have dinner in a refined restaurant but it was pub grub, and very overpriced pub grub at that (my burger was around 25 euro, the main dish I ordered (venison) was not available).

Breakfast was really nice in a beautful setting. We also liked the welness environment and the good beds.

Nice views, large room and window. Good breakfast. The access to the wellness section was reasonably priced, 15 euros/person.The receptionist lady was very helpful when we checked in, she made efforts to get us the room we wanted.

The double bed was basically two single beds. This is not a problem if they are attached. But these were not and they were constantly slipping apart leaving a big gap in the middle.

Calm, tranquil, comfortable and pleasant hotel. Public spaces and restaurant lights are not disturbing the eyes, the interior design of the hotel is very relaxing although it seems a bit dark once you enter the hotel. The hotel restaurant breakfast is good but dinner meals are amazing.

The wellness center should not be an extra cost for the hotel clients, it should be included. Because it is a spa&wellness hotel in thid Region. So many people choose this hotel for its spa&wellness center (swimming pool, sauna, jakuzi facilities)

Rooms are okay but don't expect much of a view. Location close to autoroute, but you need car to go anywhere elseBiggest setback is the price, we found it expensive given that you need to pay extra above your approx 200eur room rate to get into the spa wellnessThey do a tasty brunch on Sunday but also here, only food included in the rate, you need to pay extra for all your drinks..

Excellent night here on our cycle tour. Welcoming staff, smart modern hotel. Safe indoor storage for bikes.Good evening meal in their restaurant.

Good location, clean and well presented

Restaurant and bar was closed both evenings I was there. There was some bar food available but took a long while to come.

great experience, friendly people at check-in, nice comfortable and modern rooms and an excellent breakfast. also sufficient supercharges on the parking.

The mattress of the bed in my opinion too soft or it needs to be replaced. it almost seems as if there was a hole or pit in the center

the room was not entirely clean (beard trimmings in the bathroom and lots of dust on the floor).

Breakfast is very well served, with lots of variety, fresh and tasty products.

During the night we heard a lot of noise (like furniture being dragged), we couldn't tell if it was coming from the room next door or upstairs.
