The location and views from our room

The heating system didn’t worked and we were cold ! The light’s that supposed to be automatic never went off! Phone to call the staff didn’t work ! because all those problems we were not able to sleep all night long and my sister in law got sick !

The setting is beautiful on the sea front.

Our accommodation was up the hill separate from reception, up a set of steps and along a poorly lit and overgrown path. The entrance hall was very dull, cold,dingy and in need of a massive update. The restaurant was behind the reception so we had to walk back down the hill. Good job it wasn’t raining. Very disappointing

We reserved this place for two nights (weekend). It was good and relaxing. We saw a few things that is good to know before reservation because the description in booking is a bit different.1. This hotel has amazing staff you can ask whatever you need to know and they are available always.2. If you have an electric car you can charge it for free3. We reserved junior suite and understood this hotel has a base on top of the hill and the rooms are spread in the area, for us was about 4 mins walking. But consider if you want to use jacuzzi you have to walk with rope, or if you want to use restaurant for meals it needs walking 4. For breakfast you have the option to eat in the room free of charge which is good.5. In the description of the Hotel you see that a price is mentioned for lunch and dinner, but it’s not true. You pay for whatever you order and there is no included lunch or dinner 6. We had dinner at the restaurant, the quality was ok but if there are a lot guests at the restaurant expect a good amount of delay. For us they forgot about one of our order and we received it very cold and late, but the manager brings a new hot one and even excluded it from the final price.7. On the booking page says it has a gym but the nearest gym is about 5 km.8. One of our facilities in the room was mini bar but there was no fridge in the room. At the end we didn’t get if it was broken and they removed it or the facility list on booking was wrong. But we asked for ice to have cold water and they provided with bucket of ice9. There is a damp smell in the room that makes sense because the hotel is close to the sea.

Amazing staff, the view is absolutely stunning. The food was great and well priced. The room is very good for the price, big bathroom and all the space you need. Parking in front of the door.

Loved the incredible location, the peaceful surroundings and the staff were superb.Dinner was particularly delicious! The area is stunning and if you enjoy hiking and nature, you’ll love this place. We stayed in the lodge so the jacuzzi was another bonus. We would absolutely recommend this place.

We loved the property. It’s expensive but it is really amazing for that special occasion ?

There is no signal in the room, the WiFi doesn’t work ! I booked a sea view room but I can’t see the sea view.

The location of the hotel as it is just on the cliff and the beach is just right under.

The overpriced food that does not match the quality that it is supposed to provide with the price they asked.i.e. A ridiculously expensive cafe gourmand with low quality deserts.

Dining and location is wonderful.

The suite offered was narrow, with a low ceiling, a bath tub in the middle of the bedroom and it smelled mouldy. Following our complaint we received another room for the second night.

We received a warm welcome on arrival and appreciated the excellent, quiet location of the hotel. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Our room was in an outhouse , with bizarre, tacky, zebra themed decor. The room overlooked the car park and had one way glass in the window. Unfortunately there was no room for our own car in the car park and we had to park off site. We did not eat at the hotel as breakfast would have cost a very pricey 25 Euros per person!

was told breakfast was included when check in then told on check out it wasn’t. staff weren’t friendly. didn’t really show us around or tell us much.

Exceptional view !

Room was nice, but slightly too expensive for what it was (you clearly pay for the view).

Location is fabulous…in some rooms at least. The jacuzzi is a nice extra, since there is nothing else to do in the area. The rooms above the jacuzzi are very beautiful and have seaside.

We had a room next to the laundry room. It was decorated like a room you could book per hour if you know what I mean. No view, the room smelled of moisture in the walls. Too expensive for that kind of room.

Nice view, quiet village a good place for a couple of days.

The temperature of the shower was stuck, the double bed was 2 single matrasses

The entire hotel area had his propper charm and also the location was nice. The staff at the reception and for cleaning was nice and friendly. To recommand if you want a place to relax.

The restaurant. The staff at the restaurant wasn’t flexible, no lunches for kids, not even a portion of fried potaoes was possible. And also the price wasn’t adapted to what you got, too expensive.

My experience in this hotel which is ok per se was marred by the customer service of the hotel and the company The Originals. My advice: spend your money somewhere else, plenty of better options out there.
