- Great mixture of old and new. Very walkable town. A great old world Italian experience. Close to the lake and other activities.
- Excellent accommodation in a good location, easy to find, private parking, friendly and helpful hostsWe had a great and very comfortable room, cleanliness and tidiness at a high level, everything was excellent, a good place for parking behind the hotel. We will definitely do it again if we are in that part of Italy again
- The place was wonderful, very old but beautiful. The room was a great size and very comfy. Food and drink lovely as were the hosts

- The rooms were not isolated from noise very well. One can hear anything or anyone in the hallway.
- We notified the property in advance that we would arrive to checkin between 00:00 and 01:00. They approved the request via booking. On the 1 hour drive to the accommodation, we messaged the property to provide a more precise arrival time. No reply. We arrived 00:30, everything was closed with shutters, no lights . No signs of staff. We messaged, called 2 times and nobody replied. Absolute disaster. We then had to drive another 40mins in search of a hotel that was open at 1am. No courtesy to apologise or provide an explanation the next day. Just cancelled our reservation at 10am the following day via Booking. One of the worst experiences to date.

Lovely hotel with big dining room. I really enjoyed the secure parking lot so I did not have to worry about anything happening to my motorcycle. The hotel is centrally located and great for exploring lake Como.

Disaster. Abandoned in the middle of the night. No communication.

Good location close to Bellagio, good breakfast and nice staff
Parkway is a bit narrow
Clean
Outdated and not much communication from staff
It was a very authentic experience, and the staff were friendly. They serve you fresh coffee at the table at breakfast, which is very nice. It is a bit limited what you can take yourself from the breakfast buffet, but by requesting, you will get eggs, cheese, ham, yoghurt... brought to your table. Free parking at the premises, although driving in is quite tight. There is also a free parking space a little bit further down the road.
From booking.com we had understood, we would have our own balcony, which we didn't have. It could be made clearer that some of the double rooms have a balcony and some of them don't. There was, however, a nice terrace between the restaurant and the rooms to sit. Nothing that the owners can do about this, but the church bells start quite early in the morning (0700) and play quite long melodies.
The nice and quite location in the mountains, but also close to the Como Lake. The room was very clean. I also Got s nice dinner in the restaurant in the restaurant.
The staff eas not good at English. That caused some confusion at the breakfast. I realiced too Kate that I should just ask for what I wanted.
Great handy location, clean & tidy. The staff are amazing. Very attentive & speak English which helps!
No issues at all
The staff were all so nice!!The food is amazing! First class! Are there three nights in a row. That lobster pasta!
No a/c was a bit hard. The driveway entrance/exit was very tight.
Great parking, good price under €80 with simple breakfast and distance to Bellagrio, beautiful morning walks.Dinner menu was ok but the tiramisu is great!True Italian village which is nearly abandoned but very charming.
Bed gives me pain back, noise coming from the road ( maybe i was unlucky) breakfast bread ended early and no replenished.
The warm welcome provided at this gorgeous family run hotel. Our room was kept spotlessly clean and the owner went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. The terrace with it's stunning views, and the quality of food the restaurant provides as well as the ambience in the bar with the talented keyboard player, and friendly staff all make it a trip we will happily remember. We had a quick walk around the ancient part of the town, and to a friendly bar up the road also.
We liked everything here.
It was ok at the best.. one night wad enough..Staff were nice and friendly.
Bathroom full of mold.. shower rail broken and taped upwith sellotape! Toilet seat not nice.Needs a total revamp. Food was just ok.Overall ok for a rest stop only for the price
Beautiful view of the church and mountain (ask for rooms at the back away from the road), comfortable bed and excellent breakfast service.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Neighbors are part of the inventory and very approachable and kindly. Bed super comfortable.
Wifi sort of just okay. Traffic through the middle of town is omnipresent - not loud, but very, um...present. Otherwise no reason to complain.
A cool place in a cute little town. Had a great mountain view from the balcony. The staff was so lovely.
Traditional Alberto in the centre of the village. Basic but clean room. Lovely breakfast.
The staff was very helpful, good restaurant, good value for the money.
Cozy little place, family atmosphere, gorgeous views from the terrace. Makes up for all the shortcomings.
