    • I like the hotel place because near to every facility. Like bus station, train station and taxi.

    Cons -

    • I didn't like the bed because it's not the double bed it's join tow single bed.
    • We booked 4 rooms and were charged different rates for two out of the four, even though they were identical and on the same floor adjacent to each other. As a result, paying more then what we were quoted on Bookings, even though they were all pre-booked. Since, hotel is connected with Novotel, there is usually nobody at the Ibis Styles entry, especially at night. Rooms were also very small and beds were horrible, two singles pushed together kept coming apart. We regularly had to get up in the middle of the night to push beds together. Towels and toiletries were replaced the first couple of days but not towards the end of the stay, especially night 5-6). As we were a large group of 7, we booked a taxi that could accommodate our group, with the assistance of hotel clerk. We pre-booked a taxi and paid a 7 Euro pre-booking fee to G7 taxi service, 2 days in advance. The morning of our departure, no taxi arrived, and since we were a large group of 7, two taxis had to be called the morning of our departure, doubling our cost and taxi company said that they had no confirmation from the hotel.

the lounge area and the buffet was nice enough.

The rooms. Asked to change rooms due to broken shower, and slow draining sink. But staff was not receptive. They did say we could change rooms but we didn't end up doing so due to being tired each day after coming back from Paris.

    - The staff were always smiling and very helpful.- The breakfast was good.- It's close to the train station.Especially on the day I checked in, which was during Easter, there was a surprise Easter egg prepared in the room with a note for us!This went beyond our expectations for a business hotel.I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel again!

There are no Kettle and Refrigerator inside the room.

Great value, great confort and great location, two minutes away from the railway that connects Paris with Disneyland

Breakfast is at the nearby Novotel, it was okay not great

    8OlgaPosted on: 4-25-2025

Easy access to the RER / underground. Quite good breakfast which is not typical of Paris . The desk and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming.

Noisy bus station nearby and poor window insulation.

    9HarpreetPosted on: 2-17-2025

    Very clean and spacious

No milk for the tea when we asked staff refused so we had. To buy from near local shop

    1. The breakfast menu offers a typical Western selection with a variety of bread and several options like ham or lasagna to choose from.2. The staff are excellent! They always greet you with a smile and are ready to assist.3. The bed is very comfortable.4. The location is very close to the RER train station, making it convenient for trips to Disneyland Paris.

    1. There is no refrigerator or amenities provided in the room.2. The bathroom door has minor scratches, but it still functions properly.3. There was no bathroom mat upon check-in, but the staff provided one later.4. The location is quite remote, so there aren’t many restaurants or convenience stores nearby.

We arrived earlier than expected and the staff let us check in. It was 5 min walk from the station and easily we could go to Disneyland or the city center

The bedrooms were cold and it was 0c outside. The toilet didn’t flush properly.

The hotel room was so clean and beautiful and the location was good too and the staff were so nice and friendly and respectful

I think was one of my best hotels

    1ElisaPosted on: 11-2-2024

    Never stayed over

Thei told us the place was overbooked. No comment. Me and my daughter a minor were sent to another place telling me they would have studied the case to get a refund but never got anything back.Big humiliation

The family room with the connecting door was perfect for a stay with tweens. The breakfast was included and the choice of food was excellent. Very easy access to the RER station. Large and comfortable bed.

One of the bathrooms smelled bad. The rooms are very small. Our room was at the end of the corridor in the corner of the building so very little natural light got it. But we only spent sleeping time in the room and the bed was large and comfortable.

    8KumarPosted on: 10-20-2024

Location was perfect and staff were helpful. Same building with Novotel and breakfast had a nice spread.

Room was very small and lighting was not adequate.

    Location

The behaviour of the front desk. I had requested for a late check-out during checkin. They told me I can pay it later and they acknowledged they have marked in the system. One the day of checkout when I came back to hotel wil family after our city tour they have stopped me and reminded about my checkout time in a rude manner. When we were out they touched our bags and packed things as they wished which created additional work for us as I have to repack. This episode was disappointing and will leave a bad mark for ever.

    8MartaPosted on: 10-8-2024

Location is very good, very close to station and the shoping centre.

Breakfast, 1st day of our stay it was very good, but the next 2 days was less choices available.

    8RebeccaPosted on: 9-26-2024

Located close to the train station RER A. Great included breakfast. Bed was super comfortable.

In a bit of a sketchy area, but we didn't feel unsafe.
