- Location a little bit far from the center
- Following my previous review, I have just received notification from Booking.com that my €90 deposit will not be returned!I would strongly caution future guests before booking this hotel. At check‑in, we were informed that, in addition to the fully paid room rate of €233.50, an additional €90 security deposit would be charged and refunded immediately upon checkout, provided no damages occurred. Despite leaving the room in good condition, this amount has not been returned, and no clear explanation has been provided. We later learned that this is common practice for this hotel. The lack of transparency regarding the deposit, combined with the poor accommodation standards, resulted in a very negative experience. I would strongly advise potential guests to take this into serious consideration before booking.==================================We booked a Privilege Double room and were quite disappointed. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to walk around or open our suitcases, and it did not match the description on the hotel’s website. The bathroom was also very cramped, and the overall cleanliness of both the room and bathroom fell extremely short of expectations.Noise was a constant issue, as the walls were very thin, and amenities (apart from the obvious, WiFi, toilet paper etc.) were minimal—limited to a hairdryer and an electric kettle with tea and coffee. Breakfast was also underwhelming, with limited options (e.g. we had to boil our own eggs) and certainly not worth the nearly €14 per person. There is also a €90 compulsory deposit that the hotel holds and is supposed to be returned after you check out - mine is still pending!!While the location was convenient for accessing the Metro, the hotel sits directly on a major highway, which added to the noise throughout our stay.
- the staff was very nice. the heating system was not working and they immediately gave us another room close to our family. when we were in need of something whey were helpful. they were cleaning rooms every day and were changing towels and bathroom stuff. WIFI was working great and hotel was next to the metro station.
Cons -
- Room super small and no amenities,no coffee makers for 3 people in the room with the bank bed will make you no space for your luggage, so hard moving yourself inside the room

- the room was super small. they did not have slippers for the room, toothpaste or toothbrush. also did not have free coffee and tea. there was machine for coffee which was not working. they even did not give us hot water for coffee. towels were dirty and stained. they did change it every day but all of them was stained so i don't even know what was the purpose of that. bad sheets was stained as well and had hair on it. in conclusion, it was not expensive hotel, but not what i was expecting.

Nothing. I stayed there because my son’s had a dance competition and the committee booked us there
The €90 never come back/void. I sent them email and asked by whatsaapp and never come back to my credit card. They said it was cancelled automatically once we checked out. Its already more than 3 days and it didnt void. But considering other the reviews that saying that €90 wont be returned, i just hopeless. While I stayed in different hotel in Gare de Lyon, such guarantee was void in 24H.
No refunds yet after days....
No refound yet after 3 days and we needed the money to travel because it was just 1 night stay. They told us refound wil be at our bank account after 16:00 pm and is now 3 days waiting and we don't know how long more we need to wait.
Location
Scam, my €90 guarantee money paid by card has kot released after 4 days! While another hotel releases it within 24h after check out!

The hotel was close to Metro, supermarkets and some take away spots
Both elevators were not working. Air con not working and the bathroom had a drainage smell. All hotels I have been to have room scents, toilet neutralizes etc. The staff said that they don’t offer room services, so they can’t help us with our luggage from the 8th floor. We had to carry them ourselves, like it’s our fault that the lifts are not well maintained. I would not go back to Reseda again -‘d I would not recommend it either.
Close to bus and train.
The Room had no glasses or coffee cups, jug, etc to make a coffee and the restaurant was not open, only for breakfast do not appreciate going to a vending machine for a coffee and the staff were not that friendly.
I never had breakfast in the hotel
No complimentary drink in the room like coffee, tea ,sugar and milk with water boiler
Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet... Good value for money .It is easy to get to with the metro
Unfortunately work on the metro and it being out of action during part of our stay made the location less ideal. Getting there by bus was a bit of a task.. Not the hotels fault and it was flagged a the desk with alternative routes suggested.Hotel did what they could :)
Nothing much that we liked
We booked a double room but were told to upgrade to a triple room to include our child. The triple room was tiny and cramped, with barely any space for a stroller and a very small bathroom. It was uncomfortable and overpriced. After complaining, we were given a much better double room for just €10 more, which shows how unfairly priced the triple room was. The location was also disappointing. We were even willing to pay for one night and leave, but the staff was unhelpful. Would not recommend for families.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just near the metro station. The breakfast is also good and reasonably priced.
Great place to stay. We were received very kind by Sandra!!She was very helpful and gave us all the advice we needed to have a good stay in paris!!
Comfortable Bed
- Employees Mood at the reception ,(except 1 or 2 were nice )the others you felt like they dont want to be there- The location , you dont feel very secure at night - The fact that i reserved a parking space and they overbooked the parking lot the last night of my stay and it ruined my night since i had to risk for my car and park it in a place where i shouldnt
Air conditioner in the room was awesome. Breakfast was good but they could add more savory options.
Location was far, washroom was really tiny to sit!! The bathroom closed to the reception was not clean.
Very spacious, easily accessible and very close to shops metro etc
No access to the bar only vending machines No facilities for coffee such as a kettle No option for TV No subtitles etc
Clean, safe, walking distance to train and bus station, mosque close by, within a walking distance of low cost shopping malls and food court, fast internet, minimal contact with staff.
The bath and toilet cubicle is too tight for a plus size dude like me.
Staff very friendly and helpful
Shower curtain torn, couldn't open the window (eventually opened by cleaning staff)
