Cons -
- Noisy. not deciplined. Poor english.

- I didn’t like the fact that the restrooms and the showers were slippery, wet and full of hair… Not very hygienic. The light in some restrooms didn’t stay lit for more than 3 seconds.

the Tempreture in rooms were cold in winter and I got flu. while the toilets were far from main door without equipments.
Good price-to-value ratio
The area feels a bit unsafe and the room is very small — you can’t even fully open your suitcase.
Room was an appropriate, normal size for a budget hotel. Good price, small bathroom in room was nice as well and would recommend to spring for it. Location is super easy to access via the metro, and is a more authentic part of Paris. Definitely doesn't feel unsafe- comments about safety are most likely coming from people who have never been in a normal city. Amazing bakery right across the street.
The room smelled like cigarettes, which was pretty upsetting but we were too tired to try to bother the front desk with this. Caused a headache, but went away the second day after airing the room out. Also, leaving the window open is great for ventilation, but it can be loud outside. The noise only bothered me when it was dogs barking.
Mostly private rooms. Front desk guy was competent.
Toilets were constantly self flushing and spilling water all over the floor. Not very cozy, kind of a prison or barracks ish feeling.
Staff was really friendly.I booked a room with shared bathroom then realized it was not a good idea. Then changed to Private bathroom for 14 Euros extra.I got to keep the luggages even after checking out.Really friendly staff. Good value for the money you pay.
Far from the city center.Very small rooms.Bed was making noise.Neighborhood was not great. But when you pay low, cant ask for all best things. So if you need a budget place for few nights its a good hotel.
The staff was very pleasant and spoke excellent English. They explained everything clearly and were very welcoming. The room was comfortable, with a sink inside, which was very convenient. There was also space to put belongings and even a spot to prepare sandwiches. Although the room was small, it was very practical. The shower was separate but clean and worked perfectly, and the toilet was also clean and without any issues. It was quiet, and no noise traveled from the room. The location is a bit far from the city center, but the metro is nearby. There’s also a bakery and a grocery store close by. Overall, a great location for the price, especially for Paris.

First impression which lasted throughout the stay is that staff is friendly and ready to help with any question, hotel and rooms are spotless clean - you could see the staff cleaning the corridors any time of the day, towels were changed daily, all in all perfect. This raises the rating to 8.In a walking distance to metro line 9, which takes you to the heart of the city.Bed itself was super comfy, but the rest of the room...
Although stated as double, our "cabrio" room was very small comparing to single rooms in other similar priced hotels. With 9sq.m including bathroom there is no closet, we had to "jump" over suitcases to get to bed, and the bathroom, shower cabin and sink are also very small and uncomfortable. I don't imagine how it would be accessible or usable for people with dissabilities... Definitely too small for 6 nights' stay.
New furniture and clean
we booked double room with private bathroom but the room and bathroom are very small and no space for bags
Location was rough charged 15 euro city tax?!? Scan? And ten over night parking
Toilets overflowing and disgusting No kettle room tiny
The team at the reception desk and in the breakfast area was very efficient, helpful and polite. I didn't have to wait too long for anything.
Sometimes there were groups of clients asking a lot of questions at the reception desk. It would be quicker to read the hotel website and to have just one person going through check-in, with the others sitting comfortably in the hall.
Staff is friendly
neighbourhood was bad. pillows was yellow even tho they give new sheet still was smelling, I got allergies
The hotel itself was good, clean, close to the metro, and the staff was friendly.
Right next to the hotel there is a market on the weekends, people live in their cars throughout the week, the area is very dirty and the surroundings are unpleasant. I booked the room with bathroom, and these rooms are extremely small. There was no hairdryer even if you book a room with bathroom.
Room , staff a la reception , shower and toilets are clean , bed is comfortable
The sink inside the Room is near the bed and the piping under the sink not covered
Tube station not far, supermarket just nearby, quiet location, staff nice and friendly. Room is small and basic but had everything we needed for two nights stay.
More shelves would be very useful, couple of cups in the bathrom would be helpful too. Small night lamp would be sufficient.
The sfaff, they were all helpful and approachable! And so as well the breakfast! Excellent
The smell of the room after cleaning. It stinks
Nice staff, clean and location was ok
Very small room and bathroom. Any space for baggageNo soap, no shampoo and any hairdryer.
Clean and good prices.
Very small room, you can berly move. They asked 20 euros to use the hair dryer...
