Cons -
- The location of the hotel is completely to one side of Paris and there is nothing nearby the location to do in the evening. The hotel also get bus-load of tourists staying everyday and getting elevator in the morning becomes a challenge.
- The rooms were very dirty. Duct tape was used to hold up the shower and toilet handles. The safe did not work. The elevators were extremely slow.
- No electricity. Disgusting smells from room, leaking AC. BED BUGS, staff don¿t care to fix the issue untill time to check out, they don¿t tell anyone the problems so you have to re explain every issue to someone else. They don¿t clean rooms, not care

The reception staff was nice.
This is NOT a Four Star hotel. No doorman. No bell boys. No business center. The rooms were small, poorly furnished, cheap amenities, cheap towels & sheets, COMPLETELY dirty, especially the bathroom when we checked in. LOCATION frightening & gross. Fail.
Staff helpful and friendly
Location and parking
The hall was really nice.
I asked for extra blankets twice and I never got them. The rooms are super cold.
Easy walk to Gallieni metro station and close to Péripherique for those travelling through the Paris area.
Room should have been big enough (I paid for an upgraded room) but the bed was pushed so far to the left that I could barely pass between the bed and the wall. The water wouldn't drain from the shower/bath. Poor space in the shower if you use the shower curtain. Poor tea/coffee experience with too little choice and paper cups only. On arrival, the EV charging stations in the car park weren't working. On leaving, the car park ticket didn't work in spite of paying €40 for two nights - had to go back upstairs to get another. Then the car park door wouldn't open and we were stuck - had to wait for the technician to arrive, who overrode the electrical system and lifted the whole contraption manually. Basically took 20 minutes to get out of the car park from the time we checked out.
Close to the Metro
Rooms dated, sofa bed wasn’t set up when we arrived nor were there towels or pillows! Breakfast was ok not the best.
I had to stay in Novotel est, because of plans. The room was clean, The stuff is friendly and nice; As i noticed the higher floors are a bit better with quality.Location is ok if you consider it is near to metro and bus stop. Though it is about 20 stops away to "Opera" station by metro.Breakfast is ok. Though not enough vegan options. There is a fun thing in a crowded corner , where you can fry your eggs on your own.
I had to stay in Novotel est, because of plans. The room was tiny and inconvinient for 2 . No chargers near to bed, and small shelf is not enough to place personal items. Bathroom was also was discomforting because of water stalk. In another room which is a bit upgraded and was much more convinient, with all of mentioned above, still had problems in a sink .Location- it is about 20 stops away to "Opera" station by metro.Breakfast- Though not enough vegan options. I expected coffee could be more delicious.
Location
Despondent staff, old facilities, hard pillows, unconfortable beds, no 'dont disturb' signs so cleaning staff barging in at all times. Generally, the staff is just awful, from reception to restaurant to every other place in the hotel.
Bed are too noisy und very uncomfortable. There is no window or ventilation in the room. I have soo much pain because of bed. Hand wash and other things is empty in the room. Old rooms with very low facilities. Breakfast and staff was good
Nice facility on the outside but a lot of poor workmanship on the inside.
First day at check-in I had to visit the reception area five times. Keys didn't work. Wrong bed combination. Towels were wet. Registration problems caused by staff.
Half the staff were absolutely lovely, the other staff absolutely horrible. Good coffee, but watch out when you tap your card that they don't try to trick you into paying for other items.
On 2 occasions the staff overcharged me. I did get my money back, but not without a fight and this reminded me to be vigilant before tapping my card and took enjoyment, time and energy out of my stay. I was paying for my stay at check in. The check in man had added 2 breakfasts to my stay, without letting me know. A breakfast was not listed in my booking when I confirmed it, I was also not asked if I wanted this optional breakfast- and I was staying alone, so why two breakfasts? It was late at night and I was trying to unwind after my stressful journey from London that I had made by myself as a lone female, trying to have a nice weekend for the NANA 25th anniversary event that the Meet & Greet group (an independent organisation) were holding at the hotel. I looked at my banking app and I saw that I was charged an extra £35. I realised that if I didn't go and sort it out, no one was going to do it for me. I went to the reception with a consciously calm and diplomatic demeanour, appreciating that this could have been a simple mistake. I also believe that you catch more with honey than vinegar. There was a different man, who was very rude. He was shouting akept talking over me whilst I was calmly describing the discrepancy. I had had enough of his rudeness so became stern. I said to him let me finish and stop shouting, I am not impressed by the rudeness of staff here. He actually went quiet and seemed embarrassed. I do not like the fact that he thought he could get away with being so bullish. He said that I would need to speak to the manager the next day at 7am, when I was supposed to be forgetting about life and having a nice time. I said it was inconvenient and asked if he could make a note, because I did not have faith that it would be resolved. The hotel was very dark and hot at all times. The bar also charged me for things I did not order, which I had to fight my money back for.
In close proximity to the Périférique Beltway and the Ligne 3 subway terminal station
Small, dirty room. Poor, very slow service at the restaurant. Inexperienced staff at the front desk. Slow, overcrowded elevators. Extremely tight garage entrance and exit. Got stuck for 10 min due to a malfunctioning garage door, with no apologies from the staff. Small gym with no towels.
Location, Staff
Dated Bathrooms and toilets.
It’s cheap.
I don’t know how this hotel can be rated 4 stars. It doesn’t feel like a 4 star to me. The location is not nice. It takes you 1 hour to get to downtown Paris (to the classic tourist attractions). And the staff is rude, most probably because they seem to be understaffed and overwhelmed.
On the same day I...
On the same day I checked into the first hotel, I decided to leave because it was uncomfortable and not a pleasant place to stay. I then booked a second hotel, hoping for a better experience. Upon arrival, the reception seemed fine, but everything changed once I entered the room. It was total chaos. The air conditioning wasn’t working, the bed was uncomfortable, and the room had bunk beds, which I wasn’t expecting. To make matters worse, the bathroom was dirty. I can’t fathom how this could be acceptable for any guest. I thought booking a second hotel would rectify my initial mistake, but it turned out to be an even worse experience. I will definitely think twice before choosing this hotel again
Absolutely nothing
Air con broken, elevators broken, rampaging groups of teenagers without teacher supervision. Staff not helpful at all. Restaurant and Bar closed earlier then advertised.
I was attending an event in the hotel, so the location was perfect.
Beds not very comfortable, room too warm, only 2 lifts working, restaurant wasn't the best... and the staff wasn't helpful at all, they made me pay twice!! They wouldn't believe me when i told them i had already paid via booking.com (i had 2 screenshots to prove it) and took my credit card details just in case. They asked me to sort it out with booking.com, which i did, but they took the money anyway!! Terrible experience!
Size of the room. Breakfast was alright.
Walls are thin, you can hear through them. We had a twin bedroom for two people, yet we only got towels for one person everyday, so we had ro ask for more towels at the teception every day. No exchange of empty toilet paper, we had to ask for that as well. The air con was barely working and with no possibility of opening the window it was hot and sticky. Only half of the elevators were working during our stay, so waiting times were long to get up and down. There also occured a problem with my payment, at least according to the hotel. They say they have not received my payment which was done much in advance, so I had to pay the room twice now. Booking.com found my first payment to the hotel in their system without any problems, so now I have to wait to get my double paid money back, very annoying.
