- it was a decent room for the price, bed was comfy enough
- Price was good and decent breakfast. Clean
Cons -
- The hotel was generally okay, but we were very disappointed with the room assignment. Despite booking a double bed for me and my wife, we were given a room with twin beds. It's frustrating when the room type doesn't match the booking, especially for a couple's stay."
- It was cold. Heating was nit heating properly. Shower was warm but stream was weak
- No lift from parking to hotel. Tv not smart so only the stations on the tv.

Hotel was clean and spacious. Having and AC was great. Parking on site was a plus!
Be prepared for 30-45 commute to the center of Paris.
Perfect hotel for one night but the surroundings do not give confidence, we do not necessarily feel safe. Clean and pleasant room
The surroundings of the hotel are not secure
Check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00 make this hotel incredibly convenient for travelers. The hotel is large and cozy, with all necessary amenities, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and also speaks English. It takes about 50 minutes by public transport to reach the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. The metro station is a 15-minute walk from the hotel.Just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, there are French bakeries with incredible pastries. Also, in the hotel building near the entrance, there is an excellent Italian restaurant. Nearby, there is a Lidl supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping. The room was quite spacious, despite us booking the smallest option. We booked the room with a Christmas discount, which indicated that cleaning would not be included. To our surprise, the next day the room was cleaned, and the towels were replaced. The shower and toilet were clean, with liquid hand soap and a combined shampoo and shower gel provided. The bed linen was white and spotless. The underground parking is conveniently located nearby, and hotel guests enjoy a favorable rate of €13 per day instead of €18. At the reception, there is always a thermos with hot tea and coffee, fresh pastries, and drinking water. On the first floor, there is also a large, clean restroom suitable for people with disabilities, equipped with a changing table, making the stay comfortable for families with children.
Unfortunately, the mattress and pillow were not comfortable and quite firm. I understand that for a 2-star hotel this may be acceptable, but for guests with back or neck issues, it could make a return stay unlikely. Perhaps the hotel management could consider replacing the mattresses and pillows with softer options, even budget-friendly ones, to improve comfort. Also, there was a noticeable draft from the windows. We experienced snowfall and cold weather in Paris and had to keep the blackout curtains closed constantly, as they provided some protection against the draft. This is another aspect that could be reconsidered for improvement. The hairdryer was absent, but for a 2-star hotel, this is not a critical issue.
Worst experience ever.
The room reeked of Tabaco, I felt like I was in a bar, it smelled like an ashtray. The toilet was clogged and filthy and the attending receptionist couldn't help me, I tried to run some water in it, and all sorts of stuff came out of the toilet, candy wrappers, toothpaste cap, shaving razor, cigarettes buds and some papers, I had to run the the main floor just to relieve my self and my daughter. This was something unimaginable. The queen size bed was two beds stuck to each other with a wooden bord as a base. Is this a joke or what ? I asked for an extra pillow for my daughter and they couldn't find any extra pillow in an 8 story hotel, what a mess . The issue was communicated with the hotel staff. I am expecting some sort of a reimbursement because it's illogical to pay more than 100 euros for a shitty room.
I liked the proximity to my event location, the cleanliness of the bedroom and everything in it, and the welcoming staff.
Unfortunately, the room wasn't sound proof as at 1 in the morning, I heard loud voices talking, which dampened my experience in general.
Clean
In my room the heating not working is very cold
Very central, close to public transport and restaurants etc. The staff was amazing.
Location
I ordered two beds number, but in the end it was number with two beds, and they was super close to each other, like I be bed, and there was no space to move them. Also room by itself looks old, like no one takes care about it. Like room for 100€ per night it’s not really good.
The window was broken we can’t close it and at the night comes a cold airAlso there’s no shampo in the toilet No table fir the single bed where i can put my phone while i m sleeping
The calm
I didn’t go
I stayed at the wrong place I was in Manchester you booked this by mistake
Mr. Kouma Moctar was sweet, approachable and very helpful
The washroom basin was not draining properly creating a mess
Mattress super dirty and bedbugs
Bed mattress was full of rests and marks of bedbugs (punaises du lit / chinches). It was super dirty (with holes, rests of liquid) including its cover which means cleaning personnel is fully aware and they just cover it up with new lining and hence this evaluation. Floor was also very dirty.I got a new room where mattress had no rests of bedbugs but still not clean. If you end up having to stay there, lift the sheets and check your mattress!!
Tha location
Super bad experience! 1- The room they gave me, 312 has bed bugs! Watch out! After i left Paris and arrived home I had to go to the emergency to get help and right medications as the bite marks were infected.I don’t recommend this hotel at all.2- the receptionist made me pay for the room even though I had already paid via booking. He claimed that the payment didn’t go through. Now I have a big struggle to get my money back.
Although the hotel is not centrally located, it's not far from the metro and it's relatively easy to get to other places in the north east of the city and the city center. The neighborhood was fine, there are some good restaurants nearby and a really good mediatheque where I got some work done. The room was big, specially for Parisians standards (precisely because it's in a newer building outside the periph). Very quiet inside the room. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and you could choose among many different things.
As others have said, I'd be good to have some extra pillows and better light next to the bed (for instance, to read). Although most of my room was very clean, the outside of the front door was dirty (easy to fix I think), and I had the impression that my sheets were not completely clean either (or at least there was a weird stain in one of the pillows and a couple of hairs that might have just remained there between washes, or not) so I had to ask for a new set of sheets but staff was accommodating and gave me some.

The room was clean, which I really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the room did not provide some basic amenities such as a hair dryer, lotion, or a fridge.
A good location for those traveling by car. Underground parking is available.
The metro station is close by, but the line is currently under renovation until August 2025. Bus service is available, although it runs irregularly. A very modest breakfast.
