The Staff was exceptional. Was very attentive and made sure to cater to what ever needs i had. Super thankful for them and the assistance they gave.

the only issue that was had was that, the was a slight smell to the room during check in. Was able to remove it by opening the window. Other than, that it was a great experience.

Stuff are great, really helpful, cheerful and friendly.

Nothing but increased variety of breakfast items would have been a plus.

What I liked about the apartment in Paris is that it meets all the needs of a single person.It is well located, reasonably priced, and has a suitable space.I would consider renting it again in the future

Cleaning is only once a week, but they already disclose that upfront.

The manager Mohammad was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. He helped us with additional queries regarding our travels and ensured the rooms and everything was in order. Super guy, because of him we are rating a 10!

The baby bed wasn’t there first day and it was fixed the second day.

My friend and I loved everything about this hotel! Pretty clean, comfortable beds, well located - only a few steps from Marie de Clichy metro station, and restaurants close by as well. There’s a very good laundry room where I could wash and dry my clothing and the machines don’t require coins, everything is done through an app and I could pay by credit card, very simple to use. Don’t need to worry about soap and softener as well since the machines already have it. Breakfast was incredibly good! Amazing, delicious!!! Fresh baked croissants, pain au chocolat, scrambled eggs, fruits, yogurt, cereal, many coffee options and I can’t forget about the amazing experience we had with Fetta! She is VERY sweet and kind, we had the pleasure of being served by her several times during our stay. She is always at dinning room during breakfast and was always reassuring we had everything we needed, offering us fresh baked croissants… Fetta really made our experience a must! I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone willing to spend some days in Paris.

The hotel was very accessible through the Metro system. The room was clean and very comfortable for 3 people. The welcome chocolates and fruits were quite a surprising delight for the kids and me. The bathroom was clean and spacious. They had a space to store our luggage after checkout when we were sightseeing and that was really helpful.

Can't think of anything really... maybe just that we didn't know how to get into the property before check in. We were hanging around for a few minutes before being let in by other guests. Maybe you could send guests the access code shortly before you lock it late evening for security purposes.

I booked this house at the last minute. From the photos, I could already tell the apartment was old, but what I found on arrival was far worse than expected. The moment I entered, the entire place was filled with a strong toilet smell that made it very uncomfortable to stay.I had arranged to collect the key two hours early, as I was tired and had a business meeting at 3 PM. Unfortunately, during the three hours I stayed, the strong odor persisted and made it impossible to rest. On top of that, the noise from the busy street made sleeping impossible.The apartment also lacked basic necessities such as toilet cleaner, and the WiFi was extremely poor—I had to use my own mobile data.At 3:30 PM, I messaged the owner to say I wanted to leave due to the smell and noise. He replied that he would process it but deduct €173 for my short stay. After that, he stopped responding and deliberately ignored my messages. I also contacted customer service, but by then it was too late, and I lost the entire booking amount.Overall, it was a terrible experience. The property conditions were misrepresented, the owner was unhelpful, and I felt scammed.

The apartments were clean and comfortable for a family of 5. The receptionists were warm and welcoming. Complimentary juices were offered at the reception.

Television language was only in French

Great location just outside downtown, which can be reached by subway in 10/15 minutes. Staff is very nice and helpful

I initially chose Appart'City Confort Paris Clichy - Mairie because it’s pet-friendly, although there is an additional daily fee per pet. I was traveling with my family—five of us in total, including my husband—and we stayed in a two-bedroom suite. Although we decided not to bring our pet at the last minute, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a group of five.The apartment was exceptionally well-equipped, tidy, and thoughtfully organized. It truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming in their approach. Considering it’s located in Paris, the suite offered excellent value for money.

I enjoyed almost everything about our stay, but the metro line in this area was quite busy—there are about 6 to 7 stops between Clichy-Mairie and Saint-Lazare, and the area felt overcrowded, likely due to the high number of tourists. Additionally, the location is relatively far from major attractions like the Eiffel Tower, Saint-Germain, and Notre-Dame, which requires multiple metro or bus transfers to reach. When there are many stops and crowd, it can be quite exhausting if you are group of people together has to travel. One small addition that would have made the suite even better for families like ours is a toaster. It would be a convenient touch, especially for larger groups staying in the apartment.
