CAMPANILE PARIS - Clichy Centre

Everything was great the location is great and staff are friendly the only suggestion I would make is the linens are not changed daily but everything else was wonderful

Really clean on all usable surfaces. Some reviewers complained that the carpet is stained. It is old and used carpet, but mine was not stained. The room is considered small (think japanese business hotels) but that small room size is positively offset by a large clean bathroom where i recommend you can place your luggage since it is so spacious and clean. The location is within a couple minutes walk to Marie Clichy (number 13) station so it is very accessible as long as you can put up with being crammed in a train (this is a supremely busy stop). There are so many good eats at affordable prices. Good sound insulation. I would stay here again.

Housekeeping needs to check under the bed every so often and clean it. There were some empty cups under mine. This is not considered a usable space but waste and dust allergens can accumulate here so they should care for it.

The location, the facilities, and the rooms are small but comfortable. Close to Paris. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Overall, the breakfast was good, but we would really prefer to have some vegetables (there were none). Plus, it’d be good to have some water in the room.

I only stayed for one night since I had a plane the next day. From Orly airport it’s a short metro ride not to much of an hassle and very easy to do.The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi is good, the shower had consistent hot water and a good water pressure. The bathroom is also quite big for the size of the room which was a nice surprise.It’s a fine place to stay for a short stop. The room I was in on the third floor was small, kind of a squeeze if you have a lot of baggage’s, but with my backpack it was fine.It’s a fine little hotel in a quiet spot, with lots of markets, grocery store and restaurants around, so it’s very convenient.

The carpet needs a deep deep deep deep clean. The AC also was flashing the message « time to clean the filter » which I would agree on.

The ACIt was so clean 10 mnts drive to champs Elyse I love how the lobby staff wearing Palestine bracelets .. made me happy

The location of the hotel is fantastic , the neighborhood gives you the vibes of beautiful streets if Clichy , Near many markets and just 4-5 mins to Metro station.The Staff was very helpful in replying to our demands

They need to have both Refrigerator and Safe in the room , Room was somehow small and cuzy

The location was good, access to airport and other areas with M13 is quite good.The hair dryer and bath water temperature and pressure was good.

It was not clean, especially the toilets, they had lots of poop marks on it, we had to clean it ourselves. The towels were not that much clean. The bed was good but when you see that toilet, you don't feel clean.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Campanile in Clichy, Paris. The location was excellent – just a few steps from the train station, which made getting around the city so easy. The neighborhood itself was very quaint and charming, and I especially enjoyed that there’s a local market on Wednesdays right nearby, which gave the area an authentic Parisian feel.The staff truly made the stay memorable. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to answer questions or assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality really stood out.Overall, I would definitely recommend Hotel Campanile, Clichy to anyone visiting Paris – convenient location, great atmosphere, and exceptional service.

While the carpet in the room did have some stains, everything else about the stay was pleasant and convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

The location was good but other things

The toilet was stained. The bedsheets and the floor were dirty with some hairs remaining on them. During our stay, there was no electricity for an entire day. We were on the third floor, and the elevator was out of service, making it extremely inconvenient to go up and down, especially in the heat. They had promised that if the issue couldn’t be fixed, we would receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, this turned out to be just a promise, we have not received a single cent back.Imagine being on a trip and not even having a place to charge your phone for a whole day!As “compensation,” they offered us a free breakfast. We initially declined, but they insisted, saying we could take a coffee and a small piece of cake to go, and that the refund would still be issued. In the end, they failed to deliver on their promise and even ignored my follow-up message asking for the refund.

Spotless room . Large bathroom. Very Comfortable bed. The lady manager is very friendly and did an excellent job in selecting her team . Very close to the metro station (4min walk).

Breakfast area was a bit crowded but they have a setting outside with few tables so it was ok for me .

It was good location the staff at front give us a room that was assigned to someone else the worked but another person was already in the room we come back Down they give us another Room first time keys didn't work. It was a mess.

A good location, near supermarkets like Aldi, Auchan, also metro station is few hundred meters away. There are some great places to eat nearby, like Sendoh Burger.Comfortable bed, A/C worked well.

Some facilities were missing. Room is quite small, but over time you get used to it.

The location is great, with convenient transportation to the city center of Paris. The room is spacious, the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, and the bed is comfortable.

I hope the hotel can improve the training of housekeeping staff to ensure better attention to guests’ requests and more professional service.On the third day of my stay, I requested room cleaning and specifically told the staff that I only needed the trash to be taken out, towels replaced, and the shower gel and tissues to be refilled. However, she still proceeded with a full cleaning as per the standard routine. What bothered me the most was that she threw my pajamas onto the sofa while making the bed — a very unprofessional and uncomfortable action.Moreover, she didn’t empty the bathroom trash, nor did she refill the shower gel. This significantly affected my overall experience and left me quite dissatisfied.

Nothing at all

Everything is very bad .. poor service .. no response for my complaints .. no response to make my room sign from housekeeping.. no enough cups.. no milk .. no water ..

This was the second time we stayed at this place. Except for the coffee, everything else was really good: nice staff, clean room, good service, and a perfect breakfast. The only issue with this hotel is that the coffee is not good.
