Staff were so very friendly & helpful. Went above and beyond! Sauna was great. Breakfast buffet was great! Very clean but a little dated (carpet). Minor repairs needed in bathroom. Mattress was very comfortable. Excellent value and hotel!

Excellent location for business trip. Loved the neighborhood but be mindful that it is a 30 min Metro ride to popular tourist destinations in the city.

Everything is great at this small hotel. Calm and quiet location, rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast is very good with many options available. Staff is accommodating, do not hesitate to book, it is a great option close to Paris center. There is a metro station ver close to the hotel, easy to get everywhere in Paris.

Clichy itself is not the most charming area, but the metro is only about 200 meters (2 blocks) from the hotel, and the nicer central districts of Paris are 10 minutes away door to door, so you will not need a car or taxi and the location works perfectly fine.

Everything was amazing - the location of the hotel, the staff, cleanliness, the macarons on the bed were such a welcome treat! I will definitely book this hotel again for personal use.

This was a work trip and I had to get the train from Luxembourg to Paris. Unfortunately my train was delayed by over 1 hour after we had departed from Luxembourg to Paris and all the announcements onboard were in French so I was unable to contact the hotel to advise I would be later than scheduled. My arrival time at the hotel should have been 9:30pm but ended up being 11pm (I left Lux at 6pm and hadn't eaten) when I got there I was advised that the bar and room service had stopped. I explained the situation and was advised to try the restaurants nearby for food. I literally had to beg a waiter at a nearby restaurant so that I could get food as they had also stopped serving. This was the only thing that I was upset about as I didn't have Deliveroo or a Just eat account and didn't want to order fast food after such a long journey (I had left London at 05:30am the same day!!).

Everything was excellent. The hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable. The room was quiet, well-designed and spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out went very smoothly. Good location with easy access to public transport and Paris city center. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was great and breakfast was tasty with a lot of options. I would especially like to appreciate the employees at the hotel. We had some issues with payment. The hotel staff was extremely supportive and responsive in helping us resolve our issues. Thank you for everyone at the reception desk for helping us out.
