Les Appartements Paris Clichy

Hotel is modern has almost all the amenities you would expect. A supermarket is directly below the hotel which is super convenient. Location wise it's 5 minute walk to metro station.

Be aware studio ONLY has sofa bed. I made a mistake in the booking to select a studio instead of 1 bedroom. Also there is no daily cleaning so you have to reuse the towels.

The staff was warm and helpful. Close to Metro, stores, and restaurants.

Apartment had good kitchen facilities, TVs throughout and outdoor terrace. It was also only a 5 minute walk to the metro and had restaurants and supermarket right outside.

THERE WAS NO HOT WATER FOR THE WHOLE WEEK!!! Despite being told I would get a partial refund by the staff for the inconvenience it didn’t happen and they just started to ignore my emails. The bathroom door didn’t close at all, door hitting the frame, which was right by the lounge which wasn’t ideal. The stairs in the apartment were creaky and moved slightly.

We had to wait long time for them to open front door, despite paying excessively for what it was they charged €40 city tax.Bed Room had no cupboard or chair or table or hanger for cloths .There was traffic nose day and night.At checkout they charged us €10 for not taking the trash bags downstairs to put it in a big bin ?

It had a full size fridge.

The couch was horribly uncomfortable and torn. The trim around doors was missing in places. The cabinets clearly had water damage. The washing machine was broken. The bathroom sink leaked all over the floor. The shower leaked all over the floor. There was only AC in the living room and Master bedroom; not in the second bedroom. The window in the master bedroom didn't open correctly as the hinge was broken. The power cut off at night randomly. They would only give you one key to the apartment. The door to the building had a broken windows and there were always suspicious people standing in the doorway smoking. The neighborhood would best be described as in the process of being gentrified. It was fine during the day but I didn't feel safe walking alone at night as a woman.

Bathroom was clogged. Two stoves werent working properly. Chimney wasnt functional. Joint beds werent comfortable.

The staff were very helpful, and we had a few requests (TV Remote didn't work, needed assistance with oven/microwave, needed assistance with sofa bed (pull up from the back), etc.) ..... The apartment was clean, Wifi was good. The park across the road was really nice, and there is a great super market immediately on the left as you leave the building, really handy.

Once the remote was sorted the TV connection was not great, the kitchen was missing towel, cloth, some utensils and crockery etc. The location was an issue, Clichy seems to be a residential area, and while there were some bars and restaurants nearby you are not spoiled for choice. Sightseeing always involved 2-3 bus journeys as Clichy was a bit out of town (about 20 mins from Arc de Triomphe for example)

Location is in the market. All shops are accessible.

I stayed in 2016, back then it was good. This time, both bathroom sinks were clogged. Chimney wasnt functional, made it impossible for us to cook. Beds are joined to make it one bed. Pillows are way to soft. Only one key for 4 people and too many instructions to keep the place clean. Not worth it

Clean, no noise from outside, no smells

The beds are in very good condition, but the sofa was broken and making a lot of noise. Few supplies: only two dishwasher pods and two tolls of toilet paper for five persons for three days. Only seven clothes hangers for five people.

The location of the apartment is perfect as it’s in a nice area with plenty of shops, restaurants etc etc! The area is quiet at night. The metro is very close by which takes you too all the tourist attractions so this was perfect for sight seeing! Very easy too use once you get the hang of it! The apartment had everything we needed for a 1 week stay! Very clean and well equipped! Quiet, and peaceful…. Not noisy at all! No traffic noice! And rooms were enough for what we neededWould definitely use these apartments again. Staff really friendly and very helpful

It was a appartment in a 4stock building, lift was there, the street and surroundings are nice. In the appartment there were fully equiped kitchen even with a dishwasher and washing machine.

The street is a bit loud and the windows are thin, so you hear a lot of noise even in the night hours.

Quiet and close to all commodities and transportation, very friendly staff

We stayed from 11.02 until 18.02 in apart. 404 . There was no hot water in the apartment in the whole period ! So we had to use bath facilities in apart. 401 on the same floor . The problem existed already when we arrived so there was no hot water in the apart. for some time but apparently nobody did anything about it .

It was very quiet, enough space and everything was clearly explained by the lady at the reception.Easy access to the bus and very close the metro station. Not so far from the visiting places and the supermarket was on the left.

Limited trash bags, washing machine capsules and toilet paper (2 piece for 5 days for 5 ppl), but at the end it was not a big deal

It’s so easy near central supermarket and the staff are great so nice and kind so helpful I like it and my family loves it we enjoyed

The location is super, very near to metro and velib bikes. And next to a supermarket and several bakeries for fresh bread and croissants. Within 20-45 min you are at all the city highlights.

The apartment interior did not look at all like the pictures (we were in 202) apart from the kitchen and sofa bed. And it definitely needs some maintenance! (Loose hanging curtains, loose door handle bathroom, loose hanging cupboards at kitchen, the bathroom door side plinth fell off, brownish toilet seat instead of white, batteries in tv remote control taped, open wall outlets, loose hanging shower head, no thick overcurtain in bedroom so you need to put the roller shutter down etc). It is much older / used and not so modern anymore. So if the owner would invest a bit more it would have been much better! Now we were a bit disappointed.We were with 2 adults and 2 teenagers for a week, the sleeping is fine with 1 sofa bed in the living room for the kids and 1 bedroom for parents, but for sitting/relaxing it misses a fourth comfortable chair, three people on the sofa and the fourth person has to sit on a simple chair of the table. Not very comfortable if you are here for a week. We asked the reception but none of the apartments in the building had that apparently. (So picture is not correct)Bring your ear plugs because of the noise of the streets, supermarket and guests at appartement.The bedroom was spacious so a closet or something to put your clothes in would have been nice, we had to put everything on the floor.There are some restaurants in the neighbourhood but the ones we liked were biking distance.The kitchen was fine and it also had a washing machine. We asked for a frying pan and got that. A bit more knives and forks would have been nice. Lots of plates though.So for paris standards it is an ok apartment on a good location, but we will not book this one again.
