The room was very clean and staff were very polite and nice. The breakfast was amazing

Non having body lotion for a 4 star hotel and a closet, staff is nice but some one them can?t speak English

The room was beautiful, it overlooked the well manicured courtyard and was out the way of the busy streets.

We asked for ice one night to put in our water bottles and were told we had to buy a drink from the bar first. When we complained that the hotel is an expensive hotel and should be able to spare two cups of ice then the finally gave it to us.

Modern look

Nothing in the rooms like soap, lotion, shower cap. Hotel lobby door locks at night and you can¿t use your key card to get in, you can only call the front desk.

Victor at the bar was a kind young man and a hard worker. He cooked appetizers, staffed the bar and was very pleasant to talk with.

The room was very cold and the staff could not turn up the heat. They were controlling the heat at the front desk. Not good. So I filled up the bathtub with scalding hot water until the hot water ran out. The heat and steam warmed up the room.

The location was good easy to get to central of Paris. Lots of nice restaurants and convenience stores nearby too so didn’t need to go into the city a lot. The hotel is lovely very aesthetically pleasing. They decorated my room for my birthday which was nice and I got a free drink from the bar.

The room was smaller than expected and there wasn’t much space for us to put our belongings such as a wardrobe.

Comfortable bed. Plentiful breakfast.

Air conditioning was not in use so the room was far too warm. Sleep quality was not as good as it could be as a result.

Cold swimming pool, asked for new towels and extra pillows but didn’t have any also body washing near enough empty

I loved my stay at this hotel; the room was great, and the facilities were clean and peaceful. However, they really need to improve their customer service.

I was disappointed with the service at this hotel. Upon arrival, the staff were not welcoming and were quite aggressive in their communication. I felt dismissed On My Arrival By 2 Men At The Reception That Work There Very Bad NOT WELCOME It Really Upset Me. I Told Them About The Bad Customer Service They Got Upset Aggressive Mad At Me Again There was no apology or attempt to make things right. This left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable.They didn’t Even Show Me To My Room Or Help Me With My Bags. I hope management will take these issues seriously and work on improving their customer service

Pretty, clean; nice for pictures. Staff were nice also, helped with recommendations for food and going out.

The rooms were very cold

The pool and fitness facilities were great.

For the price and type of hotel this is marketed as, the rooms and bathrooms are rather small. The room amenities weren't great either, no wadrobe for our clothes, and no fridge or mugs either, we were provided just two small cardboard cups which weren't replaced and staff said they weren't able to provide mugs from the kitchen for tea.

The spa was a major highlight, offering a relaxing experience. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Our room is clean well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was good

The location was okay as had station 4 minutes away.

Rooms aren’t very spacious, neither are they clean (bed sheets had stains and shower had pubic hair all over it. Drain smelt awful and ruined our stay. The hotel had no rooms to offer us that matched the price of what we booked and could only offer us small standard box room. Asked for cutlery for a pastry i had brought from outside the hotel and the staff went on to say they don’t offer unless your eating in restaurant.

Lack of wardrobe/storage space to hang clothes, room got cold and couldn’t get it to warm up with the thermostat.Advertised as having a restaurant, it does not have a restaurant.

Very modern and clean

Staff allocated us the wrong room at the beginning but managed to change and reloate us. Room looks slightly smaller in person than in the pictures. Nonetheless excellent staff especially Wesley top man.

It was situated in a perfect location for us. It was clean and fresh with super staff keeping everyone happy - Jamila and Wesley on the reception desk were friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping team kept our room perfect throughout our stay ?

The pillows could be improved - but I am being picky here and filling in your boxes.

-The pool was great! It’s small but on we only once shared it with others. There’s no extra cost to use it and you don’t need to book a time. The gym usually had fruit available to take.-The neighborhood is quiet with some great bakeries nearby for morning pastries. A few restaurants are nearby too. A couple of parks are nearby.-Good public transportation options that bring you to most sites in around a half hour.-Staff were friendly and helpful.-Automated communication via Booking.com was useful.-Elevator was a nice extra benefit.-Taxi ride when you stay out beyond available public transportation hours is not too expensive from Central Paris.

-Luggage storage is a little awkward - just an open space next to the front desk. It’s available and free, though.-There were no hangers for clothes. We probably could have asked for some.

Close to bus stop, grocery store, and restaurants.

Room service is only until 10 pm. Bar closes at 10pm and no exceptions are made even during the Olympics. So prepare yourself to getting take out delivered to the hotel if you arrive back to the hotel late. The food is not something I will brag on about but it's ok.... breakfast could have more variety and offer customers room service on their breakfast.
