Very nice stuff: highly proficient in English, and adaptable to guests' needs. I have encountered three employees, and each of them was fantastic. Decent breakfast.

The hotel was perfect. It was, however, hard to read what was the shampoo, and what was the hair conditioner. I could not figure it out because these toiletries had the tiniest English fonts, and I don't even have any eye problems.

Location- not saturated with tourists and a good distance from the Paris center. Metro and buses closes by Montmarte is a good 30 min walk if desired. Loved it so much I stayed an extra day

The room was really nice especially when compared to the higher priced room I booked for my first 2 days in Paris.

The location is not near the major Paris attractions. However, it was a short walk from a Metro station.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast. Great pool. Apartments were convenient and clean. Close to metro. Good value.

The staff were extremely helpful and took time to give us tips to get us to and from famous tourist attractions.

Everything was very nice. You even could call to the U.S. for free!

The best part of the property was the pool and spa, nice and relaxing.

No evening meal provided and asked to pay for breakfast when I had already paid a lot of money for the hotel.

Good room size

V noisy - thin walls as well as noisy road. Pool was cold and is outdated. Generally let down.

The property was easy to find, close to the Paris through the metro. The bed was exceptional and the staff extremely friendly and compassionate.

Certain details of the rooms could need an update due to misuse from previous customers (cigarettes marks and oil)

The location is excellent with easy access to downtown Paris, and there's plenty of groceries, bars, and restaurants nearby.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the room as well presented, the room staff were friendly and tidied the room well each day.

Room was a little small and could have done with a kettle. The pool was somewhat cold. The replenishment of the breakfast buffet was slow.

The room itself was pretty grim, badly needed redecoration. Access to the pool had to be reserved and was limited to 30 minutes
